Sonu from Flick supplys an excellent service. He is reliable, follows site protocols and is always checking reports are getting through. Service Staff are great but accounts are lacking. Hopefully this will be rectified soon.

Provided up to date advice on the latest regulations and products available for pest management. Was able to do an external spray, several roof inspections, bait replacement and ant treatment all in one appointment. Thanks to Jd. F for all your work!

Professional and knowledgeable
Mark P inspected my property and was very thorough in his process, which was reflected in his termite and timber report. At the end he pointed out the main issues identified and also provided me with advice on how to tackle them. Very knowledgeable and pleasant person to have perform the inspection for me

Fantastic thorough and professional
I honestly can not speak highly enough of our Flick technician Noel. We had our annual Flick service today and Noel was incredibly thorough. He was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely professional. Noel took the time to offer helpful suggestions and explained everything that he had done. We are extremely confident in the service that we received today and very appreciative of Noel's eye for detail and great work. Communication from reception/admin staff was also excellent.. We can highly recommend Flick for all your pest control needs.
