Flick Omdömen

Ethan did a great job. He was very thorough.

The technician Ash R explained everything before, during and after.
He was on time, polite and courteous.
We certainly feel our house is well protected against termites

Mark P very professional, polite and did his job thoroughly. He also provided feedback that easily understood.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Russell Cole, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and excellent customer service. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Russell made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and his friendly attitude was greatly appreciated. He is a real asset to the company, and I would highly recommend Russell to others.

Russell was very professional and polite. He told us exactly what he was going to do and set upon the work. Although he was professional he still was very friendly and approachable.

Russell was very courteous, amicable and professional

I would leave 0 stars if I could.

This company is undoubtedly the single most infuriating business or company I have ever dealt with in Cairns. Period.

It may be different elsewhere. This is Cairns specific.

I even had to contact the department of fair trade.

I am not going to provide solid reasoning for stating this due to how strong these words may be.

Just heed this message, do not deal with their incompetence, just save yourself some time and choose an alternative option.

That’s all I have to say.

Mark P was very professional with his service today . We built our home 12 years ago here in Montrose and have had an inspection every year and Mark was the most thorough inspector we have ever had attend. He inspected everywhere inside and outside our home . We will definitely be asking for Mark P again next year as he has given us peace of mind with our annual inspection
Thanks Mark for your friendly, professional and detailed inspection of our house today

Been polite helpful.

Mark did an outstanding job during our termite inspection. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process easy to understand. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable he was beyond just the inspection, he happily gave practical advice on other things I asked about, like building a deck. On top of that, he was genuinely friendly and approachable, making the experience feel easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Mark for anyone needing a professional and informative inspection.

Good notice prior to visit. Mark P was very friendly and informative.

Tracey H is so assisting us at Masada private hospital . She is experience, qualified and capable to to handle job . Always on time .we have no complain at all . Also nappy and sanitary units are always hygienic.
Thanks Tracey and flick Team

Friendly and informative. Asked me before commencing termite inspection and general spray of pests if I had any concerns raised or any changes since last year. Ethan and Wagner always explained what they were going to do before hand. Eg we will spray the outside first and to remove my hanging clothes I had outside and keep all windows and doors shut. They communicated well with me and they worked well together. I was happy with the service.

Have been using these guys for a while to maintain termite warranty for the home. Mark and Corey were polite, patient and professional working around to minimise disruption to the day. Thank you

Dipendra completed my termite and pest inspection and control. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Mark was great at accommodating my working from home needs and closing the loop at the end with great detail about what he’d observed and done.

Another great peace of mind annual inspection, thanks to Flick and Ethan G. Everything is always explained clearly by Ethan and his attention to detail, practical advice of what we can do as homeowners, his obvious care for the work at hand and courteous, professional manner during the job are why we always ask for him for the annual Flick inspection.
