I've sold 7 properties through them in the last 2 years saving me thousands of dollars via their low fees. Most importantly though, Megan Whitmore and her team are nothing be amazing - super knowledgable, experienced, quick to respond, and even if they have a higher volume you definitely never feel it as they make you a priority each time. Working with Flat Fee Access/Smart Realty Group was an amazing experience. They are everything they advertised, and MORE! Having just sold another property through a traditional means (6% realty fees) a few months prior, I can tell you I noticed no difference in the service provided -- with the exception of the thousands I saved by working with Flat Fee. Megan assisted me with selling a condo in Long Beach. For the very little (and I mean VERY little) flat fee, Megan took care of everything other than the Open House, which we didn't even need to do because we received multiple offers. Needless to say, this was totally worth saving the realty fees (I only paid 2.5% for the buyer's agent, 0% for seller). When I first spoke to Megan, she was straight forward and upfront about the process of using their service. I simply provided her with photos of the property and the property description, and she took care of uploading everything on to MLS and countless other listing sites. Megan served as the middle person contact, working directly with me on scheduling showings and advising me on the offers as they came in. Megan helped me in combing through the offers, providing suggestions and advice on counter offers. Megan was always very prompt on replying to her phone, email, and text. She was even on vacation during a part of my time working with her and she responded to me immediately. Megan recommended Arbor One Escrow, which was also a phenomenal experience. They kept the process simplified -- being very prompt, thorough, and handling everything electronically (e-sign). Without hesitation and with no reservations, I would highly recommend Flat Fee Access/Smart Realty Group services if you are in the market to sell a property because they exceeded my expectations. At first I thought it may have been too good to be true, but I can assure you they are the real deal.
