Not the cheapest, but nice to eat.
Went to a Five Guys today for the first time. It was the branch in Cathedral square on Worcester, and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were pleasant and courteous, the food was a cut above things like McDonalds or Burger King, and the place was clean and well organised. Yes it was a bit pricey at £24 for 2 small burgers, 1 portion of chips and a bottle of water, but it was overall a very pleasant experience.

im only giving it two stars because the portions are good, but the fries were way to salty for those fries, its like drinking water from the dead sea. me and my girlfriend both couldn’t finish them due to repeating heart burn my burger tasted like nothing and was dry

Poor
We went to the Five guys in worcs. I should of realised when it was empty at lunch time that it wasn't very good. The girl who took the order had all the social skills of a wet halibut. The veg sandwich was terrible and we won't talk about the price !! Will never set foot in a Five Guys again.

Got order slightly wrong (it happens), but dealt with it quickly and professionally. It was a busy Saturday, but they took care of it as a priority, which was great to see.

Overpriced for nothing special
Overpriced for a nothing special, I was very disappointed the patty was dried not seasoning at all, the hot dog was a bread and sausage dried and overpriced. I won't go back ever again also I don't recommend. I wouldn't give any star.
