Really Went Downhill - Cannot Recommend
3 years ago this credit union was professional and efficient. This past yr it has severely declined in customer service and bank errors. I have had to call many times to fix credits which go missing and tech errors on my online account. One time I went into the bank and the banker spoke no English! It took forever for her to help me close my checking. I cannot recommend this credit union. It's dishonest and unreliable.

Lydia and Jill were BOTH very helpful!
Lydia in the San Jose branch was very helpful and friendly today. I needed a new card for my new account and she made it real quick. Also offered to upgrade my old account card to have the tap feature. Outstanding customer service. Coffee was offered but I wasn’t interested. Thank you for your help.
Also on 10/7, I called in to check on my account options and credit card perks and auto loan refinancing. I spoke to Jill Nelson and she was able to give me all the information I needed and more. Like how to locate the current refinance loan rates as well as my checking account rewards section to track my qualifications met for the rewards free checking. She also thoroughly explained my credit card rewards and options.
Jill and Lydia really made my experience memorable. I don’t call in often and very rarely go to the branch in San Jose. Thank you both ladies!
