I rang the recovery company last night and by 10 am today my car was recovered and taken to the garage for repair.

Cmg recovery from northampton came to my aid last night it was cold, dark and icy. The gebtleman that came was amazing very polite and helpful he went above and beyond to assist me. Would highly reccomend this efficient and fast service whenever you are in need of a motor to be recovered

Easy help when needed
Car broke down and I had to use the service. Called the number from the policy, explained situation, they've located me quickly, arranged a local company to tow the car and get us home. Had to wait a bit as driver was on the way back from another job (about 90min in total) but considering it was new years eve I think it was a decent time. They kept me updated on arrival time, driver very considerate and helpful. Overall I'm very pleased with the experience.

Great response and service
First real cold day and car would not start so called first call. Phone was answered quickly by Chris who took my details and advised me to find out where the car would go to if it failed to start. I rang him back a while later with the information required. I was informed I would receive a text with details of expected time etc. I got a message quickly which stated could be up to four hours due to high volume of breakdowns. A few minutes later I received another text stating another recovery company would come in less than three hours. This came within half an hour and my car was running in just a few minutes later. I was then able to drive to my warranty garage who I pleased to say replaced my battery for free. Good service and great they try their best to get to you as quickly as possible.

Excellent service to change a punctured tyre at my home. Very helpful initial contact on the phone explained the process, I was texted within 10 mins to inform me of expected arrival time and also then called in person by the repair company coming. Arrived in about an hour. Friendly and efficient. Many thanks.
