An hour wasted, £15 charged, and absolutely zero confidence left in this company.
I don't think I've ever been so frustrated with a company in my life!
What should have been a simple change to my vehicle registration turned into an hour of absolute frustration. Getting through to an actual human being was almost impossible. The online platform was completely useless, and when I tried calling, I was sent around in circles by an automated robot that seemed determined to make sure I never spoke to anyone.
After wasting over an hour of my time, I finally managed to get through to someone, only to be slapped with a **£15 administration fee** for the privilege!
I'm sorry, but £15 to update a registration number, a task that involves little to no actual administration, is outrageous. Especially after making customers jump through hoops just to get something so simple sorted.
If this is how difficult it is to make a minor change to my policy, I dread to think what an absolute shambles it would be if I ever needed to make a claim.
Customer service should be about helping customers, not making their lives unnecessarily difficult and then charging them for the experience.
It genuinely feels like they'll find any excuse to squeeze another pound out of an already paying customer.

Absolute garbage customer service
Absolute garbage customer service. The AI slop they have on both phone and web chat will make you want to pull your hair out and smash your phone against the wall. Almost impossible to get to a real person. If there were an auto-cancel feature, I would have pressed it purely out of frustration.

Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. The representative did not provide proper answers to my questions and simply left the chat without resolving my issue.
I believe the representative’s name was Anelisa. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Customers deserve clear answers and proper support, not to be left without assistance.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
