Untrustworthy, do not purchase from this retailer. You will lose money.

I placed an order, card was charged, I got a receipt/acknowledgement, and never heard any more.

A month later, I asked my card provider to raise a chargeback. The retailer had weeks to respond, but seemingly didn't. So the money has now been refunded.

The order still shows as pending on the website.

Don't waste your time. I've no idea if it's a scam or just someone who can't fulfill orders or reply to do emails

Was about to give them business and buy some boots until I saw their nazi paraphernalia on sale on the same website. T-shirts glorifying Hitler and also islamophobic graphic tees too. Classy British gear supplier.

Glad I checked the reviews though since they seem to be scamming customers as well.

Ordered a hooded jacket in June. My credit card was charged right away. As of today, October 23, 2021, I have not received my order, and my two email attempts at contacting the company have yielded no response.
Please, take your business elsewhere.

I have received my second item through the post, while not as advertised, it does fit.

Three starts due to zero communication and delay in receiving order. Would not order from again but I no longer feel conned.

Two weeks after ordering I received a delivery with only one of the two items I ordered. Worth noting that they also took payment immediately.

They don’t respond to the contact us form on the website and the phone number is dead.

Do not give them your money, clearly an absolute con.

I bought a pair of boots from this site, my money was taken immediately & I received an e receipt for same. I waited a week with no further correspondence so I emailed and sent a message from the website but still no response. I then tried to phone using the number supplied on the site but surpris3 surprise its a bogus number. I then contacted worldpay and informed all to a very nice lady whom subsequently asked me to email her the e receipt detailing my order. I did as requested and CC'd firestorm kit thiking this would promot a response, alas none was forthcoming. I then researched on line which has ultimately brought me here.
I am yet another victim of this criminal fraudulent website. Hopefully Worldpay will cancel his account ASAP. Any help with contact details for the criminal behind this site would be most welcome.

This is a scam operation! They have taken my money but weeks later no product! No response from multiple emails! I’m contacting the bank and the police!!!!!

Poor, 1 Star is too many.
SCAM company, 3 weeks and no order confirmation, contacted via email with no reply, phone number is not recognised and never rings. No T&Cs on their page when clicking their link.

Raised a dispute via the bank, please avoid

Worst online experience. Ordered an item over £90 , got an email confirming payment taken but no order information or delivery ..or Anything tbh.
Waited patiently then sent an email asking for an update.. no reply, waited another week.. sent another email..NO REPLY. Tried to contact via number on website which was disconnected.

Avoid.

I ordered an infantry bergen that was listed as being grade 1. I had no confirmation that the bag had been paid for nor did I get a tracking number, however I did get the DHL tracking number when requested via email.

The item arrived within 3 days and for that part I was pleased. What I am not pleased with is the fact that there is significant damage to a number of the clips, straps and zips which clearly make it a Grade 2 or less item and certainly not Grade 1 as advertised.

I have emailed the seller but not had a response and as others have mentioned, their phone number is out of use.

In summary:

1 Star for the fact I received an item
1 Star for the delivery time
-1 Star for damaged goods
-1 Star because the item wasn't as described ie. Quality
-1 Star for poor communiction

I won't be making further purchases from this company and I definitely wouldn't reccommend them.

I came across Firestorm Kit via Facebook and having searched their website for a pair of Military mountain boots I decided on the Mil-Tec ones since they were a better price than others selling the same boots. Also I bought a T-shirt to complete my order. I paid immediately with my credit card and waited for my boots to arrive. Well after one week had passed I thought I'd check on their website for progress of my order. The website was showing my order as pending when in fact I'd already had confirmation from Worldpay the merchant bank informing me of this being paid. I thought maybe the website had'nt updated my details so I patiently waited a further week...still nothing, I sent a message on the website but received no reply, now the alarm bells began ringing in my head.. " have I been scammed. I then sent an email, then another email but still no reply. It was now time to speak directly, well to my suprise their telephone number does'nt exist. So I contacted Citizens advice and duly completed their online form which they would then send to Trading Standards on my behalf. Within 3 days I received a partial refund for £10.99 which was probably for the T-shirt being out of stock but I had no idea since I still had'nt had any contact with them. It was now 3 weeks since I made my purchase so I knew I had to wait until the 4th week before I could ask my bank to make a chargeback. Then I receive an email from Royal Mail telling me my my parcel was on it's way, only to learn the next day the parcel has been returned to sender Arghh ! After all this my boots were then sent out via DHL courier and I'm pleased to say they arrived on Monday. If only I had read the reviews left by others I most certainly would'nt have bought from Firestorm Kit. Word of warning to others. Do not be suprised if you don't hear from them because their customer service is non existant. It would seem they're trading under a different name also Direct Kit Ltd. Be careful.

Items took a while to arrive and had to contract customer service to find out what was happening with the delivery HOWEVER the quality of the items (a jacket and a T-shirt both from Mil-Tech which I was unable to order through other UK sites) are fantastic so it was worth the wait.

I purchased a vest off the website on April 7th. Apart from the Order Confirmation email, I've received no item or response from any of my emails I've followed up with.
The seller doesn't operate from the Residential Address I visited in Reading.
Unfortunately I've been left no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
I've ordered from here in the past with no issues. But I'm not confident to make any other orders from Fire Storm Kit in the future

Recently ordered a jacket which I was under the impression was New. Item arrived with body odour smells and bobbled edges.

Sent back for refund with their Returns number. Been awaiting said refund now for 5 weeks.

Total Scam company who need be avoided at all cost.
Takes your money and never sends good.
All phone number's are dead line's and multiple email addresses that you never get response from.
Issue is now logged with bank.

Where to start.
I have had nothing but trouble from this company.
Ordered a pair of boots and money taken from my account straight away.
I then read some reviews and thought “oh dear what have I done?”
Gave them benefit of doubt but did send an email asking for confirmation of despatch. After 2 days and no reply a further email sent asking the same. After a further few days of no contact further email sent, after getting no response I started the process of contacting my Credit Card company for a chargeback.
In the meantime I order another pair of boots from an alternative supplier which were in my hand 2 days later.
Nearly 2 months later boots turn up out of the blue. Email sent asking for return which was authorised. A few days later I then get a call from Firestorm Kit asking me to reverse the chargeback, at this point we discuss the return of the boots and am informed he will refund once boots are returned and chargeback cancelled.
15 minutes later I receive an email threatening court action should the chargeback not be cancelled as he has proof of delivery ( my reason for chargeback was non delivery).
Boots returned (signed for) and chargeback cancelled.
He has now been making excuses that the chargeback is still showing as active despite money being back on my card for over 20 days. Claims to be ringing Wisepay but have heard nothing since. I have sent screenshot and copy of statement showing chargeback being reversed but all communications seem to have now stopped.
I just want my money back, but am finding myself having to jump through hoops to do so.
His lack of communication is his fall down, had I been told there was a delay initially, then I would have gladfully waited.
My advice is use another company as he can’t for some reason effectively communicate with his paying customers.

Most probably but you will most probably wait an age and if there are any issues don’t expect them to be sorted quickly and efficiently.

As a first time buyer the customer service was excellent, I ordered 3 items, 1 had need discontinued so I received a prompt refund, the other 2 items arrived promptly in excellent condition. I will be buying from them again.

It is not a scam people, calm down FFS. I ordered boots and socks, after sending mail I get response to kindly wait a bit more, for this price it was no brainer.
