The delivery was great and really quick, which is appreciated but the milk hot chocolate & coffees are weak tasting. I personally prefer a strong coffee so I won't be buying again.

Thank you for the review!
Sorry, you didn't enjoy our coffee and hot chocolate capsules. The flavoured coffees are our weakest blends.
If you prefer something stronger I'd suggest the single-origin line or the Intense capsules.

Less happy
I have been a customer for many years but since you have moved your sales platform, I am less happy because I now have to order 250 capsules to qualify for free postage.
This amount will last me 3 months and by that time will coffee still be fresh?
17 oktober 2024
Svar från Fine Coffee Club Ltd
Thank you for the review!
Unfortunately, due to the increase in courier postage fees, we have had to increase the minimum free delivery threshold. We believe this is more fair than charging a flat fee on all orders or increasing our coffee prices.
Don't worry the coffee will still be fresh after 3 months!
