great experience as I was there last week and it was fund .. I do not mind free water .. but unfortunately it’s culture

I haven't ordered from this company before but I'm sure I will again. I ordered yesterday, just before the cut off for next day delivery and was surprised to receive an email with a delivery slot so soon after. Royal Mail delivered this morning and I have already had my first cup! My local supermarket doesn't always stock the boxes of Flat White 30, so I'm really pleased to find these. I couldn't ask for a better buying experience. Thank you!

The last order placed the coffee pods were £85 (Feb 26), now for the same items / quantities it is somehow £110 (reduced from £140), in a short space of time it is a mighty hike in price, previously everything was great, but now the price is way too high

First and no doubt last time I’ll be using this company. I ordered skimmed. 12 x 500ml of skimmed milk. What do I receive ? 12 x 1 LITRE cartons of semi skimmed that are of no use to me. I’ve been in touch with customer services and still waiting for a return label. Very slow process and one I don’t have time or the inclining to wait around for. I work long shifts and dont have the time for this. So now im giving this milk away to those that need it.

Placed an order. Received long life milk with very short date. All the way through I got the impression that it was my fault!
I sent photographs of the cartons and dates.I know from previous replies on trust pilot they have their procedures, but returning 11 cartons of milk was probably always going to go wrong...it did. No refund.
Maybe someone needs to step back and look at their customer service procedures for when things go wrong.

Great experience. My go to supplier for Tassimo pods and I find the website easy to navigate and order from. I had a slightly weird experience when Royal Mail were striking but this was back in 2023 and I’ve ordered several batches of pods since then and no problems whatsoever with delivery being very quick and the coffee is always packed very well. The prices are extremely competitive and I’ve had no issues with items being out of stock so all good really. There’s a good reason why they are rated 4.9.

The coffee is excellent, prices are fair, and any postage costs are reasonable for the size of the boxes I usually order. This time I was also able to buy in bulk thanks to the long-dated products.

Ordered rappor coffee late afternoon it arrived mid morning the next day, brilliant service.

Ordering is very straightforward and the delivery was prompt. Coffee was well packaged and the authentic Lavazza product. Much cheaper than buying in the supermarket!

I would like thank EmilIa for the good work she did with chasing up a failed Royal Mail delivery 10-10 and the cappuccino is really good also ⭐️⭐️🙏
