I had issues with my wifi not casting to the upstairs portion of my apartment. The Techs that came by located the issue, offered to relocate the modem and router to another port in the household and ensured I received the correct wifi downstairs where I would be LAN connected upstairs. Alex and Jared did a great job, super friendly and honest.
The internet that you pay for is not…
The internet that you pay for is not even close. It goes out alot. Can't wait for fiber to be put in. Gonna dump Fidelity like a bad habit.

We are in a modern age, 2024, people work remote. Money is tight. They'll disconnect you without warning and demand payment

Poor service/abrupt/bordering on rude. A couple of their folks were very nice.
I have cancelled my TV service with Fidelity. Service has mostly been poor. Especially one person. They need to consider at least one staff change. He is abrupt, bordering on rude, and entirely unhelpful.

Ive had issues since 2018 I moved to a different state due to duty station changes and moving back still the same issues. Y’all fukn suck.
HELP
I had to call 3 times to get some help. The first two people , I don’t even know how they have a job there. The 3rd person really help but still can’t get anyone out here until sept 12 th. So I maid for Wi-Fi that I am not receiving and won’t for almost two weeks
Think twice before you come here
I have had no problem but they don’t want to put paying customers first I had a outage and all they had to do was connect a line to the pole and it would have been fine but they pushed it off like it is not important so my suggestion to y’all do not bother with this company
Payed for a tier 2 service for over a…
Payed for a tier 2 service for over a year, but apparently was only being given tier 1 service. Took screenshots to prove, their technician fixed, but no reimbursement for what is essentially theft. Local supervisor has now avoided calling back for a month.
Zero customer support
Zero customer support. It’s almost as if they would rather not have you as a customer. After multiple years, I think about 10, and tens of thousands of dollars in on time payments, I accidentally missed a payment. No reminder email, no text, no calls. Just what they call a “full disconnect” and a $10 late charge. Fine. Called in discovered my mistake, made my missed payment and was told it would be reconnected. 6 hours waiting later, I called to check what was the delay. Nobody could tell me except I would have to call back the next business day to talk to billing, by this time it was 10 pm.

I have nothing but issues and problems with this company. The call center is a joke, your put on hold for hours at a time sometimes. The quality of service is horrible to say the least. I am expected to pay my cable bill in full, yet there are weeks I am forced to deal with black out errors. I will be shutting them off as well as demanding compensation for the last 6 weeks of horrible service. Prices go up, prodect goes down. And the wonder why they are going under.
Bad, very bad.
Have to agree with other reviews for this company. Started out fine, then prices went up twice. Our service was out for almost a week before a KNOWLEABLE tech came out to fix it. We called every day and were told it will be fixed. We were told a supervisor would call back - never happened. Sadly, this is the only service available in our Arkansas area. Also, this is no way to contact them via email - only phone numbers.

This company installation sucks my neighbor two places down had it installed an ran it on the ground behind our place not buried or anything. It's been a month ago an they still haven't come back to bury it.
Avoid Fidelity if you have any other option
Horribly slow service, as many others here have noted. And if you complain about the fact to Fidelity they will suggest it's your fault for having too many connections to the router, despite the fact the internet will regularly die or slow to a crawl with simply two people streaming TV at the same time. If it is the router, then it just goes to show what low quality routers Fidelity provides if it can't handle such an average usage.
My recommendation: avoid Fidelity at all costs. If you can't, buy your own router because theirs are awful. Frankly, the only way they are still in business with the service they provide is the fact many areas they service have little or no alternatives. This is not internet you buy because you want to -- it's internet you buy because you have no other option. So if you have another option, take it.
Fidelity communications can suck my fatty
I have been using fidelity communications for a number of years now and they use to be well.....A lot better then what it is now . The speed, seems to get slower and slower or it just won't connect at all and have to unplug the router to reset it but it seems that even unplugging and doing reset isn't doing much good. So I called them up and had them cut off my wifi I mean I wasn't using it and I didn't even know what the password was for it so I had them cut the wifi off on the 30th of Jan 2022 it is now March 26 2022 and still works like a slug. I can't believe that they up the price on this from $48 at first then to $64 now it is $77 monthly and works worse the a slug. I still have to unplug it in hopes that would reset it but It is useless. I know that calling them now would be pointless They always come up with some Bullsh*t line in hopes that they can shut you up So I am just going to bring it here and let more people know how sh*ty this company has got
I'm going to keep a copy of this here just incase it doesn't go through this time when I try to submit this here. That is just how bad the internet service has got with this company.

This is an absolute terrible company overall. Constant outages and constantly having to call to get the internet fixed. The managers will not respond and are not sorry for the terrible service they provide. I dont know who owns this company but they must be a super rich slob of a person to let customers go through what they do and are overcharged.

Never Again
I'm just gonna say It all started out great with reasonable pricing for the first 2 months and then it was like they flipped a switch. Internet worked intermittently and they had been here 3 times searching for the issue and blamed it on something I was supposedly doing although they couldn't tell me what I was doing wrong. Issues piled up as the bill continued to climb and finally cancelled and went back to my previous ISP who found an exposed wire on the pole during installation which was causing my constant daily internet outages.
This company is dishonest, lazy and, completely incompetent. Fidelity had been to my house 3 times and walked around for an hour before blaming the issues on me and Then the tech from my current provider finds the issue and fixed it in 20 minutes!

Fidelity has great reception and fast internet. The only problem is that our bill keeps going up every month. A fee for this, a fee for that. We started with $117 monthly
Now up to $168 and climbing! Starting to get ridiculous!
For some reason
For some reason, in my Arkansas neighborhood, the only internet we can get is from Fidelity Communications. The internet is always going out in the neighborhood. It's not just one household, but the entire neighborhood loses all internet for hours at a time. It happens at least 2 or 3 times a month. Customer service is terrible at Fidelity Communications. They don't care and they won't do anything to fix it. This has been going on for years now.
