Bought 2 watches from f.hinds now because they were both on for amazing prices, cheaper than other jewellers. Great customer service and lovely watches. Friendly helpful staff with great customer service.Highly recommended

Very helpful when I went in to try a ring on the Wednesday and the young lady said it would be ready for the Monday I had a email and a text saying it was ready on the Friday but I was away so I picked it on the Monday and the young man was very pleasent and got my ring the staff was very helpful and very friendly

Prompt service, even though it was busy. Served by a very polite member of staff who was very friendly and helpful.
Told the service I needed would take up to 15 mins but was completed within 5 minutes.

I’ve used this Jewellers a number of times. The service is always good. This morning I took my son’s watch in to have a new battery. There was no come back tomorrow to collect it or we need to send it away, there was a, do you want it done now, give me a couple of minutes and it’ll be done. A couple of minutes later I was on my way. Very polite and professional service.

Ripped me off 3 years ago i paid £650 in the Cardiff store for a 18inch 9ct 8.51g chain. Absolute scum bags first time buying gold and these robbers have stitched me up significantly. Just been to a jewellers today who's actually explained exactly how bad you done me over
