Perhaps you have noticed an F.Hinds on one of many high streets and shopping centres across England, Scotland and Wales - and we hope we have had the pleasure of serving you in one of our 120 jewellery stores. 2024 saw us crowned "Retail Team of the Year" at the UK Jewellery Awards, and we're proud to say that our independent, family owned and run jewellers is celebrating its 170th birthday in 2026.

Hoop ear-rings

I came in with my daughter to buy some ear-rings, she had seen some in the window but wasn't too sure. The assistant showed her a couple of others but she still wasn't too sure and explained what she wanted. The assistant then found went away and came back with another pair that were perfect, she was so helpful and kind to my daughter who struggles with her anxiety.

Birthday treat

A very pretty item! I had ordered it on line and collected it from the shop. The staff members were very helpful and friendly - as they always are!

I recommend all to avoid this place!!

Purchased a £500 bangle online, the clasp is very sticky and can become stuck trying to do it up and take it off therefore causing the bangle to bend.
I sent it back to be looked at to be told it was my fault, I bent the bangle. I was told as a gesture of goodwill they have taken the bend out as best they could, they haven't touched it. It's still bent the exact same way and unwearable. I now have a £500 bangle that cannot be worn. The customer service is disgraceful and often met with what sounds like a chav with a bad attitude.
I was told to contact NAJ about the issue which I will alongside Trading standards.
Im sure the positive reviews on here are fake. I will forever avoid this company and stick with the highly reputable company that i usually use, clogau.
