Fetheray Antique & Vintage Jewellery Omdömen

Sadly this time the style of ring was not comfortable to wear for me. The request to return it was met with total understanding and a refund issued as soon as the ring was received back. I have purchased from here before and have always found it a positive experience. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Very helpful and friendly. Great customer service.

I bought a beautiful ring that is completely unique, I am very happy with it. Also, it was resized to fit me, which is an excellent service provided by Fetheray. Delivery was very quick too. I would highly recommend this shop!

Was in the market for a birthday present, something elegant and not High Street and maybe with a hint of swimming-against-the-stream. And whilst my neck of the woods we used to be able to go to King Street in Manchester or the Trafford Centre do ‘shopping’ at nice shops, odd shops, now its all tat designed to appeal the ‘yellow gold’ people… And so, in time, i found myself at the Fetheray site. Initially i was drawn to some slightly baroque pearls set as earrings, asked if they were 'charming' odd or 'off-putting' odd, and after some to and fro, the wisdom of Pippa came to the conclusion that I'd probably find them annoying so she recommended another pair which i purchased. The earrings are simply exquisite when my partner's wearing them. (Which is often.)

Great experience with Helen and Pip, so helpful and the ring is exactly as described! Thank you again

My fiancé wanted a true antique engagement ring and after searching estate sales, multiple sites that made antique style rings, I found Fetheray. It was unsettling to make such a purchase online, but the staff was very helpful and friendly, and it also felt reassuring that Fetheray has a physical location. My finance was concerned about sizing, but the staff was helpful in providing resizing information. It arrived very fast and she adores the ring. Thank you for making this a simple and memorable experience!

The service was excellent, the delivery on time and their representatives a joy to deal with. I would definitely recommend Fetheray!

I bought a beautiful diamond ring from Fetheray. The price was very good and Helen and Pip were so helpful. The communication was great and it was wrapped so beautifully I felt bad unwrapping it! It came with a cloth and jewellery instructions and a lovely chocolate so thoughtful! They really made purchasing from them a delight. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to purchase more gorgeous jewels in the near future.

Bought a beautiful locket and emerald diamond ring.
Really lovely pieces and my favourite shop in Brighton lanes.
Really lovely in the shop, great customer service and even put some chocolate in with my ring, so kind.

This is a gorgeous shop run by a lovely team who know what they are doing. The quality of pieces is really second to none. And the choice of items is truly incredible. Definitely a place for the discerning eye. The jewellery is packaged with love and care and if any adjustments are required then this can be arranged through discussion without fuss. If you are going to the Lanes, this is definitely one shop in which to spend time.

Date of experience: 07 June 2024

Excellent service provided, delivered to the UAE before the expected date.

I found a very special piece at Fetheray and my experience purchasing with them was fantastic. These jewelers have a keen eye and are knowledgeable about the details of each beauty in their inventory. International shipping went without a hitch. Pip and Helen are communicative and friendly at every stage of the process.

We came in looking for an engagement ring and I was super nervous. I was put at ease straight away and after trying on a few they found the perfect one for me within our budget that wasn't much. Its stunning. They resized within a few hours too.

Lovely pieces and great prompt but friendly service

very good communication and absolutely in love with my antique

Great communication and item just as described. Even had a valuation certificate arrive a couple of days after purchase which was very helpful. Ordered on the Thursday and arrived special delay way the next day.

I've now bought 3 antique rings from Fetheray, which are simply gorgeous. I was not into Jewellery until I found this unique little shop, always checking online for their latest finds! The owners have a wealth of experience and knowledge, welcoming you with any questions. I find the online service just as good as in shop. Check them out!

Lovely little gold ring, as described. Excellent shop to visit too if you are in Brighton.

I bought a beautiful ring for myself as a treat and I was over the moon when it came! Lovely packaging and a beautiful ring box too. Great communication and fast delivery too.
