Fetheray Antique & Vintage Jewellery Omdömen

Stunning Jewellery and fabulous service - even during lockdown. Cannot recommend enough!

Simply an excellent experience all round.

The ladies at Fetheray were immediately responsive and extremely helpful. My purchase was just as described (even better, really!) and arrived quickly. Thank you!

Extraordinarily efficient and friendly service. Highly recommended. I ordered a ring, as a birthday present, after hours on a Thursday night. It was perfectly re-sized on the Friday and arrived safe and sound, and beautifully presented, on the Saturday morning. Superlative service! This was all during lock-down, so we can't wait to visit the shop when we're next able to go to Brighton. And, oh yes, she loves the ring - it looks even better than the pictures on the website.

Helen and Pippa are very friendly and eager to help their customers! I ordered a pair of vintage earrings, I had some questions and asked them about it, not only they always respond promptly and I got my answers right away, but honestly I've never seen such friendly and helpful customer service at other stores before! and it's not just their store's service, but the product are great buys! I purchased my vintage earrings for a fair price! when I received the item I ordered I was impressed at how beautiful the craftmanship is, which is very good value for an inexpensive amount of money it costs! Fetheray is definitely an excellent store I would recommend anyone who wants to shop vintage items!

Best purchase! Fetheray made my buying experience of finding an antique diamond ring so pleasurable. The owners are not only extremely knowledgeable of the history of their pieces, but are also very approachable and friendly, and offer free sizing too which is a tremendous bonus! I will definitely be coming back to Fetheray since their selection is stunning, and they're very trustworthy sellers.

Beautiful locket, quickly delivered and exactly what we wanted. They even included a piece of silk to hang it on in a colour of our choice. Great company, will use again.

Buying experience extraordinaire! Fetheray you went above and beyond in every possible way—knowledge, service, quality, value, attention to detail, communication and delivery of a delightfully wrapped treasure. Fetheray has certainly earned our trust and future business!

I bought a beautiful vintage 1940s diamond cluster ring. They were great on communication, fast service, and I absolutely love it. At first I was nervous buying outside the US but I would buy from them again hands down! Thank you for my beautiful ring and working with me.

Serious, professional, available and ready to solve any problem. I bought a beautiful engagement ring that was shipped in two days. satisfied!

I am delighted with my antique lockets and chains. It was a pleasure doing business with Helen @Fetheray. She went above and beyond what anyone would expect to help find what I was looking for. Most importantly she provided lots of reassurance that I was buying genuine antique items, including beautiful certificates detailing a description and valuation of each piece. Can't recommend Fetheray highly enough.

Bought a bracelet from them recently. Absolutely lovely to deal with. Answered all my queries straight away and they couldn't have been more helpful. It arrived really quickly, in gorgeous packaging and it is even nicer than the pictures. So much lovely stuff on their website, I have a wish list a page long!!!
