Not just a wonderful letter but the guys at Festive Studio we’re really helpful when Royal Mail lost the original letter - they sent another letter straight away at no additional cost make sure my children weren’t disappointed. Amazing service!

Made a mistake on delivery adress messaged them n they changed it straight away, sent items gt damaged by royal mail contacted company and sent new ones out straight away, quick look in boxes and everything seems good qaulity. Will definitely use again.

Absolutely gutted - my daughter was so excited about this and then to open it up and find everything in another child’s name - her face is one I won’t forget - to make it worse - the nice list certificate was also in the other child’s name - so she now thinks she’s on the naughty list! 20th Dec - god knows how she’s going to get a replacement in time - won’t be using this company again!

The letter from Father Christmas and magic key we received exceeded all of my expectations. Both items are so carefully created with beautiful detail and quality. We will treasure these special items always and are so grateful we came across this company! Totally recommend!

We ordered the full North Pole set with the video and all the extras and it is absolutely beautifully put together with precision detail and amazing quality. The video looks fantastic and authentic and the individual features integrate and changes are so simple to make. It is honestly magical. All the little personal touches and gold and velvet and writing on the labels are gorgeous. The communication from the company was also santa speed. Totally recommend them!!

Very limited, There should be a Demo of what you can do, which is Nothing but You won't know this Until you pay £10+ (£5) (£12) p&p.. Which is clever, because 99% wouldnt pay if they knew what they was getting.... Ripoff.. Go online and you find Free ones Miles better.... Information for response team, I expected to Write my Message out, For santa to then Read out as Him.. Instead i got two options santa Or father christmas, Wow Ground breaking..

Wow. I received the gifts for 2 of my grandsons, and they are perfect 5* Each letter was individually written to each grandson, they were written in the most perfect way which makes them even more special. The nice list card, wish list, package card, and activity pack, wow. Very good quality I'm absolutely over the moon by the quality of everything. So special. I can't wait to buy my youngest grandson one next year (he's only 3 months) I would certainly recommend this teams and their products. Thank you

I purchased an “On the good list letter” for my grandson for Christmas. Although I thought it was a good idea to receive a personalised letter from Father Christmas, I was disappointed in the quality of the paper and print. It was folded in half to fit into the envelope. I’m not sure why, but the fold interrupted the text. I also noted the quality of the print wasn’t the same throughout. I’m not sure whether or not to send it. I was very happy with the envelope…..On hindsight I should have gone for the more expensive option, the illustration online looked really good!

My little boy received a beautiful calendar that I scanned each day for a wonderful message from Santa! He was so excited each morning to see his message. Such a great idea, never seen anything like this and he loved it, will be ordering again next year

So, firstly let me say, I have always used Festivestudio for my Christmas letters and they're always beautiful! Never had any complaint...
This year, rather than using PNP, we decided to purchase the video from the North pole to watch with our children on Christmas eve.
It was rather expensive, but we felt it would be worth it to keep the magic alive...
Once the link came, we signed in to personalise our video and watch the preview. It was very good, and lasted about 8 minutes.
Shortly after, the magic ticket arrived. This also was beautiful. We registered the ticket and linked it to the video so all my children had to do was scan the QR code!! All good...
Unfortunately, on Christmas eve, when my child opened his Christmas eve box, the QR code didn't work. Not only did it not work, but it took him directly to the page where you have to activate the ticket and personalise the clip.
We were mortified. We found it very difficult to explain what it was for, and promptly removed the ticket from him.
I then spent nearly 40 minutes emailing Festivestudio to figure out what had gone wrong.
They did respond, and asked me to link the video to the ticket (which I explained I'd previously done.)
However, I did as they requested then tried the QR code again.
Again, it didn't work...
By this point, my kids had opened all Xmas eve gifts and were waiting to go to bed (most of which I'd missed due to trying to sort out a video.)
I then asked for a refund, as the time had passed.
To my utter surprise, I received no response and have had no response since then, even though I've emailed numerous times.
I am writing this review as I would HATE for this to happen to another child, on Christmas eve... Hopefully, it won't, but I felt it important to let ppl know that this service will happily respond to you until things go wrong and you ask for a refund! Then they ignore you.
I wouldn't care, I only asked for the money for the clip back as I was happy with the letters.
Such a shame but I'll never use them again.
