At 2:00 in the morning the young lady at the check in cubicle was unbelievably friendly, courteous, informative and genuinely nice. Well done whoever she was. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Fantastic
Fantastic. due to a car problem we were stranded on the ferry landing. Two of the girls from the check in assisted us with translation even though the check in had closed for the night.
They waited with us until our car was safely lifted onto the ferry and handed us over to the ferry staff who were very helpful. Well done to all.

Easy to book, good service, no problems, but beware - you cannot change your booking time for free, if you change your mind! It proved a costly mistake when my brother booked his crossing 2 hours too early and his cheapest option was then to rebook a single with the ferry company itself.
