The ferry trip was fine and the duty free shopping very good. But despite being 1.5 hours early - the queues were horrendous and we missed our original time and had to wait 2 hours. I wish we would have been informed about the delay several hours before so we could have arrived even earlier. The instructions stated to arrive only 30 min prior to departure.

Friendly staff and an overall good…
Friendly staff and an overall good service. Walking down Ryde pier in the wind and rain to get to the ferry is the only downside.

Surprisingly quick and easy …
Surprisingly quick and easy to do an online booking. I did this on a mobile phone and went through all the way and paid and there were no issues or problems. I would definitely use this again.
