FERAL CLOTHING Omdömen

I wrote a 1* review, after which the founder of Feral contacted me personally and offered me solutions. The long shipping time wasn’t their fault. The quality of the products is very good. However, I had different expectations for the fabric of a T-shirt, which is why I described the quality as terrible. I thought the shirt would be made of a light, comfortable athletic fabric, but for my taste, it’s much too stiff and scratchy. That’s just a personal preference, though, and not a quality issue.
A solution was found for my return.
Thank you very much for your help!

Top Service and Top Quallity

Good quality item, love it

Gut funktionierender und freundlicher Kundenservice! Die Qualität der Kleidung stimmt ebenfalls, nur der Versand gestaltete sich als kompliziert:)

I absolutely love these jeans. I’m AU size 6 women (I bought XS) and they fit well. The quality, look and feel of the jeans are fantastic. Honestly, it’s better in person. They are so comfortable. You can also tell the brand cares from the way they package, advertise and the little artistic details on their website.
Best purchase decision I’ve ever made🥹 I’ll definitely be buying from them in the future. Truly unique in every way👌

Amazing customer service , was worried about my order and they sorted it asap for me!!!

Delivery was great, Shirt is very good quality as well.

Me and my partner got matching T-shirts, love them so much. Arrived quickly and they’re both great quality, material is soft and good quality but durable. Will be ordering more as soon as pay day hits!

A M A Z I N G! so many compliments and very good quality

I ordered a T-shirt near 2 weeks ago it told me take 3-5 working days and it’s still not to be seen

Loved both my orders. Dispatched quickly and stickers as well. Items fit well. Will definitely order again.

Feral made a mistake with my address.
They need to resend the package, but I need to pay again for shipping. Because my address was too long, the house number was not on the packaging label, but it was only visible at the invoice label.

Ask for 8 products for > 100e => received 4 items.
Two fans and upon a closer inspection, the fabric was attached with double-sided tape. Like wtf ?
Moreover still waiting for a answer from feral.
Bad gestion, bad client service.
Disappointed.

Site is really easy to use and customer service is great. Also have met Feral members they are all very friendly and have amazing energy. The clothing is increadible quality and worth every penny!

Quality was great the company was very helpful with getting my address changed after setting the order. I will continue to be a loyal customer!! My fiance really loved the jersey this is the second one we have gotten from this company. We highly recommend them.
