FC Global Payments Ltd Omdömen

Expert, professional and supportive customer service! I worked with Charlie to convert and move some money from the UK to the US in October 2024 when the rates were decent but volatile. Expert guidance on timing got me a great rate. Complete transparency throughout the process as well as flexibility handling the limitations of my bank made the whole thing stress-free.. I highly recommend FC Global for anyone needing to move significant amounts of money.

Charlie Murray has been exceptional to deal with. Responsive, straightforward, very quick to transfer the money when needed. Can recommend very highly.

Charlie was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for foreign exchange transfers. He was always available to talk and there was no pressure from his side. You can trust and rely on the process.

Exellent
Very keen competitive exchange rates backed up with personal, prompt, experienced customer service.
Would highly recommend. Nothing to fault.

Had to complete a money transfer from the UK to South Africa and Charlie Murray guided me through every step of the process, followed up regularly to give feedback on progress, recommended the best times / options to purchase the forex, and made the entire complex process, work smoothly and easily. Will definitely use FC Global for future global transfers again.

I started using FC Global for all my international transfers in 2024 and have never looked back. A great company to work with. Good rates and quick transfers. Wish I had found them sooner!

5 star service and also 5 star advice in terms of how to mitigate current fluctuations which can be so crucial especially when property related. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent personal attention from Will. Straightforward, always giving an impression of honesty and integrity.

We received an extremely personal and professional service from Daniel at FC Global, after having been introduced to him during our house move from the UK to New Zealand.
He explained every step to us, which we found very reassuring.
Our transfer of funds from our house sale was completed smoothly and we will continue to use their services for ongoing fund transfers in the future.
We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Daniel.

I have had a great experience using FC Global Payments Ltd over the past 8 months. From the start, the sign-up process was seamless, and navigating the platform to search for quotes and transfer funds was straightforward. The confirmation emails for any activities were immediate, which gave me confidence and kept me informed every step of the way. All transfers went smoothly, and the customer service was exceptional – the agent handling my account was professional and attentive. The rates offered were incredibly competitive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for reliability, efficiency, and great value.

Absolutely fantastic help and expertise from Charlie at FC Global. We started transferring monies over to our Australian bank account, when we decided to return to Oz to retire after some years away.

It could have been a very stressful process, but Charlie helped us achieve fantastic rates on each transaction and explained exactly timings and results.

Using FC Global literally saved us 1000s by achieving a higher exchange rate than would have been possible through the bank.

Cannot recommend FC Global highly enough.

Will and the team were very helpful, very direct and very easy to work with. Highly recommended

I recently used FC Global to exchange Pound Sterling to Australian Dollars, and I couldn't be happier with their service! The process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. The rates were highly competitive, and the team was incredibly professional, offering clear guidance throughout the transaction. I felt confident and reassured knowing my money was in safe hands. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable money exchange service, I highly recommend FC Global!

Easy process and good service

Great advice and super responsive. Will and Dan were a pleasure to deal with and made the process of moving our money to NZ stress-free. As an unexpected bonus we've been able to maximise our rate thanks to the ability to agree a forward deal. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I needed to transfer savings from UK to the US and was recommended FC Global Payments by our removals company. I was first contacted by Charlie Murray, who took me through the process step-by-step and gave me the confidence that this would be a service that worked for me. The payment portal site seemed secure and was straightforward to use, and the rates on transfers significantly better than my banks or other foreign exchange services I had researched. Having made one transfer successfully I was happy to make another and will continue to use them going forward. Charlie, Daniel Wray, and everyone else I spoke with at FC Global was helpful and courteous and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing competitive currency transfers.

Will personally guided me through the process to transfer funds needed for a deposit. I had tried Revolut without success. Will was extremely responsive and reassuring, through a nerve-wracking time of wiring funds and managed to save me some money due to changing exchange rates. Thank you

Fast and personalized service. It was very easy to communicate our requirements and get the best solution available.

Daniel and the team at FC Global were amazing throughout the process of sending a sizable amount of money to a new account abroad. Not only were the exchange rates much more preferable compared to any high street bank or bureau de change, but Daniel kept a personal and professional eye on the exchange rates and advised me on when was best to exchange currency before the rate made a downward turn. He got this spot on which provided me with the best exchange rate possible at that time.
In addition, he and the team, especially Will, were a great source of comfort at a time when transferring money across the world has its challenges. They were constantly calm, reassuring and always acted immediately once I gave them my instructions.

I can't thank them enough and will be making my future international payments through FC Global. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

FC Global Payments Ltd were recommended to me whilst in the process of purchasing a holiday home in Cyprus. From day one, Daniel has been so supportive and has guided me through the process of purchasing Euros in a climate of fluctuating exchange rates. He always responds to my queries in a timely manner, and is always professional, yet at the same time explains things in a language I can understand.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Daniel and FC Global Payments as they have provided me with a truly 5 star service.
