We have known Daniel Wray for some time and he has always been helpful and knowledgeable and in particular the handling of our latest transaction that proved less than straightforward due to other parties.

We were recommended FC Global Payments by our international shipping relocation specialist following a move from the UK to Australia. Since their initial contact they have been nothing but attentive and clearly very good at what they do.

We were assigned Charlie Murray as our currency director. Charlie has been amazing from first contact and throughout. He would take my calls and communication at all hours, having to contend with quite a time gap between the two countries. He even contacted me at 11pm UK time to reach me during the day. You wouldn't get that elsewhere!

Charlie would also proactively reach out and make trade suggestions based on recent market conditions, he would go into detail as to why and what was on the horizon that could impact trades.

We moved from UK to Australia and need to transfer funds from our UK accout. After researching various companies, we selected FC Global after being recommended by one of the frieght providers, but also the competitive rates on offer. I am very pleased with the service we got. The portal is easy to use and quickly gives you visibility of funds being transferred. We also got a good rate of exchange . Transferring money across the globe is quite nerve racking, especially with the time differences and delays between bank transactions. Daniel was always on hand to help advise. We were recommended to use FC Global Payments by our Visa Agents. Having compared their exchange rates with our existing provider we decided to take advantage of FC Global excellent rates. Throughout the whole process we were given advice via emails and phone calls to assist us. As we have now emigrated to Australia we will continue to need funds transfer and FC Global will be our first choice.
