Found the educational info very good. Diet meal plan was good. It needed more variety but otherwise very good.

I failed many times at keto because I could not find recipes that was actually good. I couldn’t find recipes to replace the things I loved to eat such as bread, pasta, pancakes and sweets. I must admit I was skeptical at first but after trying a few meals I am impressed. If my kids eat it then I know it’s good. I love that your Beginning Keto book is simple and I can actually find the ingredients with ease and it easy to make. Great for beginners!

I have thoroughly enjoyed learning from your videos and ebooks. I retain more information through visual learning. Your explanations make going keto very simple to implement. As a dyslexic person if you don’t capture my attention right away I lose interest quickly and I move on. I did not do that with your videos and books which says a lot.😀👍

This book gives a wonderful explanation of keto and how it works, how to begin safely and I wish I had found it sooner!!
Also contains delicious recipes. Excellent for anyone on Keto, but extremely useful for the those looking to start!!

I have bought meal plans and recipes from others, I won't mention any names, but I Love Aaron Day's the most and since I am 71 years young, disabled, and have Dementia my Doctor just approved Aaron's plan for me to use and I am looking forward to starting my new lifestyle of healthy eating. Thank you Aaron for making it so easy for me to comprehend. The other books I bought were to technical and involved I thought I would have to have a master's degree to understand any of it. So again Aaron thank you and I will be recommending you to everyone I know that is thinking about Keto.

I'm 63 years old and have lost 3kgs in the first week using Aaron's recipes. An amazing result. Increased energy, zero hunger and no cravings for sweet treats. I've also started on a teaspoon of MCT oil per day. Aaron has done a splendid job with these recipes which are easy to prepare. Thanks Aaron.

I’m very thankful to have found Aaron Day and his YouTube channel, Fat for Weightloss. He explains the Ketogenic lifestyle in a user friendly well thought out approach that can easily be implemented by anyone. I appreciate the visual examples of what a Keto meal looks like on a plate. He is easy to listen to and follow. Aaron also has great energy in his videos and has a sense of humor very much needed to get through life! His is the first Keto Cookbook that I purchased. I’d recommend him to anyone starting Keto.

I have two of Aaron's e-cookbooks, just wish I could buy hard copy.
So easy to follow all his recipes and the videos are extremely helpful.
His knowledge and experience are priceless for beginners on keto.

Aaron is delightful and his recipes are both simple, but tasty - two very important factors in helping to sustain new people trying keto. I will be looking into some of his other books as well after I've tried more recipes in his beginner's book.

So looking forward to trying these yummy recipes after taking years of trying other, Being told its all healthy for you, and constant bloating to start, so started doing a google search for hopefully some answers. Thanks so much Aaron

I have not actually done any of the recipes yet, but I read the book. It's easy to read and understand.

Best recipes that are actually tasty and work. Quick and easy to make with simple ingredients. Love it!
