I have been working with Aaron for some time and I’m extremely happy with the results I have achieved with his help. He has helped me both with weight loss, maintaining my weight and also increasing my strength through specific exercises. I highly recommend working with Aaron as he has helped me through the ups and downs of my journey and is always willing to help and answer my questions.

Having used other companies for weight loss purposes I'm finding FatForWeightLoss is better for me because I'm eating the food I like and want to eat (not a programme diet), which is giving me the confidence to know I can make the right food choices when I'm not eating at home. Choosing to weigh my food for macro planning is also helping me gauge what my meal should look like on a plate.

Whilst you may think I have been inflexible, you have not been able to provide me with any tailored program to suit by individual situation. For example; When I advised that I was not able to eat the target amount protein or vegetables, your response was “this is what I eat” give that a go and “don’t worry about the vegetables, just try to reach to protein and fat requirement”.

Certainly not very scientific or helpful, but more dismissive of my needs. Just to clarify (as you seem to have missed the point) I wasn’t able to follow your program or implement it because of my issues, I pointed that out, flexibility in my case came from not following your recommendations and setting my own targets. I am well aware that weight loss takes time and I have proved that – please do not take cudos for my weight loss when I haven’t followed your recommendations.

I am a women, a different weight to you and with different medical issues. As you correctly point out my issues are beyond your expertise and I would have expected you to realise that from our email conversations and allowed me to end the contract with no further payment.

As you say flexibility goes both ways!

Whether your program has changed many lives is irrelevant to my situation and hardly measurable without independent verification, and I certainly do not consider the amount of money you are charging a small commitment. It is arrogant of you to assume you are aware of my financial status.

Simply the best ready made meals we have tried, and we've tried them all. A total lifesaver.

I`ve given you 5 stars. I just did a week f free keto beginners that you posted on youtube and the meals were really tasty. I love that you give calorific values as well as the macros. A great advantage. I want tomlose about 20 lbs and then keep to a low carb lifestyle. My husband really enjoyed the meals ( sesame beef, burrito chicken and egg and soinach omlettes) We were never hungry. This isnwhy Insigned up for the 8 week course. Jave not quite worked out how to use the online material you sent but the recipes look gorg! I hope tbat I can ask advice in the future. Sorry to bang on here but I has to say that of all the hundreds of website helps I`ve looked at yours is the best and the most normal. Be encouraged.

I really love the plan! It helps me to be able to do it at home, and stay on track. The meals are delicious and keep me coming back each day! I really believe that this is the plan that will work for me! Thank you for all of your hard work in creating this plan!

Extremely helpful information given in response to my questions. Aaron responded to my enquiry within a couple of days. I have used numerous recipes and plans from FatForWeightLoss and I find it all user friendly, simple and tasty :) I have no hesitation in giving this five star rating!

I have found all the recipes easy and fun to make.
I prep all my weekly food on the weekend and these books have been very helpful.

I am loosing weight, which was my first goal, and feeling great. I hope to learn more about this life style in the next 8 weeks as well.

The food is great but it is too much of a process figuring how to cook for one serving

I just brought the 3 ingredients keto cookbook it's the best cookbook I have seen for a while.All the portions you need are shown with the before and after cooking photos,and the ingredients are really simple.

I am so thankful that I found Aaron and his site! You have made the transition to Keto very easy for me. I know the first few days are tough...just because of low energy, but I am so excited to see my energy level turn around! Thank you again for always reaching out. I have been totally happy with Aaron! I even sent him an email which he answered personally! I have lost 7 lbs and 2 inches off my waist and hips. I am so happy. I hope to get back to that person that doesn't mind looking in the mirror!! I love watching his videos! Keep up the good work Aaron!
