bad customer service every time they give wrong information to customers, they take loan application from you and these people wrongly update cibil

I am raising this complaint because my FatakPay loan has already been paid/completed, but my account has still not been properly updated or closed. Despite repeatedly informing your support team through calls and emails, I continue to receive repeated payment-related calls, messages and notifications.
I have already provided the required payment proofs, transaction details and bank statement. I have also explained my situation to your representatives during calls, but no proper action has been taken so far.
The continuous calls and messages are causing me severe stress and affecting my health and personal life. I am already facing health-related difficulties, and I have medical documents/proofs that I can provide regarding the health issues I am experiencing during this period.
I am not refusing any genuine payment obligation. I have already made the required payments and only want my account to be correctly verified and updated.
I request you to take immediate action to:
Verify all my payments.
Update my loan account as PAID/CLOSED/COMPLETED, if there is no genuine outstanding amount.
Stop all repeated calls and harassment messages immediately.
Cancel/disable the UPI AutoPay mandate linked to my loan.
Stop any further automatic debit attempts.
Remove/rectify any incorrect overdue status or charges.
Provide me with written confirmation of my loan closure and AutoPay cancellation.
Please treat this as a serious grievance and urgent complaint. I have already cooperated with your team and repeatedly explained the issue. I request you to resolve this matter immediately instead of continuing to contact me for a payment that has already been completed.

Very baad app this is the froud lone app the are not stop his autopay very bad experience don't use this fake app

I taken 500 rupees loan to my credit score improve they told 3 months u have pay emi for 500
First emi was detected but my second emi is due today
Fatak pay app is not allowing to pay my second emi
It's saying bad request
When I called to their customer care they are not responding sooner or they are not receiving the call
And I mailed to them from 3 days but they are not responding from 3 days continuously I'm sending messages

Repayment issue in my account i mentained sufficient balance and auto pay is on but they not cut my amount

I had a very disappointing experience with FatakPay. I paid the loan closure amount as instructed and shared the payment confirmation immediately. After that, I expected the loan to be closed smoothly and the NOC to be issued without unnecessary delay.

However, I had to keep following up multiple times regarding the NOC. I was repeatedly told that it would arrive in a few days, but the process kept getting delayed.

What concerned me the most was that my bank continued receiving auto-debit attempts even after I had already paid the closure amount. No customer should face debit attempts after clearing the outstanding dues.

The overall customer support experience was slow and frustrating. Instead of getting timely resolution, I had to spend my own time following up again and again.

I hope the company improves its loan closure process, stops auto-debit attempts immediately after payment, and issues NOCs without unnecessary delays. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Fatak pay is a scam and they use bad words even after 2 days on overdue and threatening to visit home and police case.. Don't use fatakpay for any loans they are totally fraud app. Must have negative rating on playstore to avoid users. They also purchase reviews to maintain their rating so they trap the customers

Worst plateform don't use it please
