Wherever possible we always prefer to personally Road Test new gear before it becomes part of the range, as it gives us opportunity to not only make sure it’s fit for purpose & represents good value for your biking buck, but also so we can talk about the product from first hand knowledge & use. We don’t stock something just because it’s a supplier offers us or worse still was dumping it on the market at a cheap price, if we’re not happy with it, we don’t stock it….end of.

Waistcoat.
We purchased a waistcoat online, when it arrived it was too small. We took it back to the shop for an exchange, the guy in the shop exchanged the waistcoat without any hesitation. Fantastic clothing, great customer service, well done.

Wasted My Time and cost me Unnecessary Return Postage Costs
I emailed Fat Skeleton before purchasing, asking whether the shell size of the 2XL helmet would be the same as the XL helmet I had bought in the past, I was assured that they were the same! I purchased the helmet only to find the 2XL was considerably bigger than the XL ! I had to return the helmet as I do not want to ride with a MUSHROOM HEAD ! I had to pay the return postage! Fat Skeleton did not refund me for 18 days ! What a WASTE OF TIME ! Just tell customers the truth to begin with?

Always great service and products at reasonable prices
I recently bought a mystery box of past event t-shirts. I was not disappointed. There were 4 t-shirts of various events and colours. The service and delivery time was excellent as always. I have bought a number of different products in recent years and will no doubt buy more in the future. Great products at great prices with excellent service and communication.

Very good quality products. I also like the fact the director communicates with customers to show his appreciation for their custom. Nice touch. I will, I'm sure, be purchasing many other items in the future. Great company to deal with with many years experience in the motorcycling world.

The product I purchased ( Simpson venom helmet) is ace!
Great fit and looks the dogs!
Unfortunately the delivery was poor, it was delayed 9 times, despite numerous texts and emails saying it was due for delivery. It arrived around 10 days later than it should have been.
