I didn't get my parcel
I didn't get my parcel, was home, no call no buzzer nothing. Then after was sent a pic of it in the letterbox ran downstairs and there was nothing there i asked neighbours but noone has seen the parcel. Gutted my first pair of jeans since having my baby I'm so upset.

Hi there I got my top last week ago or something I put it in the wash with the correct instructions how to wash it and all the sudden the top has shrank to a size where it does even fit me and it wastes £30 which is a lot and I can’t wear it as it doesn’t fit me I did it with my other ones and they came out fine
But why has 1 top washed by itself shrank in the wash never had this before

If you are from the USA please do not order from them. You will pay for shipping and then you will get charge extra for tariffs as they call it. My order was 140$ ( that included 25$ for shipping) and they wanted me to pay an additional $54 extra without even letting me know ahead of time. I used to buy from here but never again.

Firstly I ordered my parcel on monday, when i spoke to the delivery company faded never even sent the order. Secondly I connected to the live chat - They were answering me, as soon as it hit 4:30pm it kicked me off the live chat because they closed, they then didnt answer any of my messages...
