Wrong Batteries
You sent me the wrong batteries & I had to take a picture & send it to you to get a credit on my credit card. If these batteries aren't Panasonic & green with black lettering, don't bother to send them. Just issue me a credit.

Total Con - Do not buy
Got confirmation email, no tracking information and then when I chased it was told due to factory issues satnav model wasn't available, but I could buy a more expensive one. I said no and asked for refund, they said to return the product (that I never received!).
Post their contacting me below, I asked for a refund but I have not received it. DO NOT BUY
