I got a phone call next apologising that the system hadn't updated that my order was out of stock. I was immediately offered a dearer option at no extra cost. I can honestly say not a lot of companies would take the time to ring a client personally and suggest an alternate let alone at no extra cost. Brilliant company, hope to use them again soon. Great service & great quality
This is my third order from Facewest, and each one has been quick & effortless.
The Smartwool socks are great quality and extremely comfortable to wear. I couldn't believe the amount of padding, support and comfort they provide to my feet - especially the underside in contact with floor/boots.

A good product and good service.
The item arrived on time. I decided to exchange the item for a larger item and this was easily and quickly done. Postage was free on the initial purchase. I would have awarded 5 stars but there was no postage return voucher for the exchange. However, overall a very good product and very good service.
