Theft from vulnerable people
Pyjamapart I transferred £56 to them 4 birthday presen ts for family they keep emailing telling me my items are in transit it no such thing when I complained the told me they sent a refund no such thing this started from the 5th of January the 9th of January my order would reach me today be delivered today any answer they give me ME2 is the same as the last £56 is a lot of money when you're on low income benefits

I find the games ok
I find the games ok, good selection etc. I find the chat to be very clique esp the gypo sandra and her sister. the hosts are bias towards the regulars and some wont speak to new players even if they need help. Use to enjoy playing sesh but that became boring and one sided. some with loads in sesh and others dont get a look in

No live support which is always bad, You get 100 free spins on the sign up offer after depositing £5 but then you have ridiculous wagering applied to any wins on the free spins and you can only choose from about 10 slots to play free spins on. Also any profit made from free spins can only be used on same handful of slots. Very poor indeed and virtually impossible to actually meet wagering requirement before you can withdraw. They have decent amount of games and decent site layout and interface but there are far better sites to join.

The hosts are wonderful, they get involved in conversations, wish everyone luck, polite and pleasant. The people who use fabulous bingo have become part of my family.
They're always there for a chat and incredibly supporting of each other.
I've met some wonderful people on there and hope to never lose contact with them. Its crazy how when you leave to go to bed and when you return, regardless of the gap between, you're welcomed home to a wonderfully supportive family.

Misleading sign up bonus. Didn't get the sign up bonus because apparently I didn't sign up via an ad. Which I did, I signed up via a Facebook as but according to their system I didn't and there is nothing they can do about it. They didn't even want to try and help.

Feel mislead by the site with their joining offer
Joined this morning looking to get their introductory offer of £20 extra credit and 39 free spins on selected games. As soon as I joined it directed me to the spins which I made 2 and my credit was £0. Looking back and talking to customers service it s the ms that, yes the initial deposit was to be on bingo tickets, but why direct me straight to the slots which I believed I was playing for free unless to take the deposit and deny me the offer..I was following the direction on the site. Never again.
