Awful customer service, especially from Raaj the Ceo of Fabgetaways. So not professional. Was misold a holiday to Maldives, as they failed to mentioned the Hotel Pool was having maintenance and under renovation. All the pools tiles were missing! Had I known this, would have booked another resort.
Then, it turns out whilst I paid in full for the all inclusive holiday, Fab didn't pay the hotel the full amount. Was bizarre to say the least to have Fab call me (whilst I was on mobile roaming)and ask me to pay 500 dollars for them, that they'd pay me back later. The reason being that they couldn't get hold of Raaj (their Ceo) to pay the full hotel bill. I quite rightly refused.
When I got back I questioned about the hotel pool and why they'd ask me to pay US 500 dollar. They couldn't explain. But then offered an insulting 5% discount from future trips. This lot really let them selves down and Raaj, especially for not calling me in person to explain. Having booked 4 trips over the last 5 yrs, they have lost a loyal customer through ignorance.

Previously I was apprehensive, but the experience of our vacation to Maldives proved to be awesome and memorable. Fabgateaways helped me to plan my vacation perfectly. I would like to visit other destinations through Fabgateaways. Also would recommend to others for planning their vacation through them.

The team at FabGetaways, and Lebua were amazing. All the staff, from those who took us in the 4 by 4's to the guest relations manager Tanya, to the servers,to the night patrol incharge gave it their 1000 percent which stays with you. Not only us but they are very warm to our kids and what more do parents one.

I recently stayed in Mai House, Phuket for 4 nights. The package provided us the stay with even spa for a day for couple. Fabgetaways makes our stay very comfortable and is very reliable. Me and husband wanted to celebrate our promotion and it was a full week of searching on websites but nothing came to iur liking. Until we got an update from FABgetaways. We saw the deal, and messaged the cs team, and received an update in next 1 hour with all the updates of our trip. The agent was helpful, our stay at kottefaru was a bliss. We booked a Maldives trip through FABgetaways. We were accommodated in Radisson Blu Maldives. The service was excellent, there were no hiccups. Everything , from airport pickup to food and stay , was smooth. Also, the price was quite reasonable. I booked Maldives tour package and had a nice family vacation in Brennia Island including 1Hr Seaplane transfers from Male. The 3N4D FB Ocean pool villa package and experience was nice and economical compared to other agencies in UAE, and would recommend for those who wants Luxury Escape in budget friendly way.
