Salisbury Wiltshire branch were very good my clutch went on my Honda crv just before Christmas 2023 they done the work for me and were very helpful you could not had better work from there very skilled technician

Had my MOT done at your Salisbury branch, the staff was very efficient, polite and very helpful also knowledgeable, would definitely got there again.

Great customer service. Offered useful advice and options and then carried out the necessary work to meet my requirements at a busy time of the year. The manager seemed genuinely interested in giving me the best experience and getting me back on the road.

I cannot fault this garage or the staff there at all. My car broke down and i had to abandon it at the garage late evening when everyone had gone home. I went straight there the next morning when they opened and explained to jamie (assistant manager) what had happened and what i had been told was wrong with it. I explained i needed the car back asap as this was all i had to he able to pick my daughter up from school everyday being a single parent. Jamie was incredibly kind to me, he managed to order the parts in that same day and have the car fixed and driveable for me by the end of the day. He made a very stressful situation a lot better for me and i was so grateful to him and all the staff that helped with fixing the car. I would highly recommend this garage and will be using them again for sure.

I have now been in twice to have my wheel alignment checked. Both times they have called me to say they are unable to do it as they were seized. This is not true because the reason for having the wheel alignment check was because I had new track rod ends fitted elsewhere. I was still made to pay before they would let me have my car. A simple task which they lied about why they were unable to complete the task. Will never use them again. When questioning their reasons the manager of the store swore at me down the phone and suggested I fix the car myself. I could not believe what I was hearing.

Took on a job which other garages refused/were too scared to take on. Great communication, no delays, great experience.

The Salisbury branch were fab this week. I went in with a brake fluid leak, they had me up and running and back on the road the next day. Great service.

Replacement of rear shock absorbers and two new tyres done today @ Salisbury branch. Excellent welcome by Darren and the job was done in super quick time. Whilst they had the rear wheels off I asked them to attach a few screws I had purchased to adhere the rear mudflaps. This was done well & FOC.

I called Salisbury branch today and my call was answered promptly and I managed to book an MOT today. Arrived and was met by Jamie who was really helpful and told me a time to pick the car up. Unfortunately the car failed the MOT but Darren said he could repair the broken lights and have it retested today, this was so reassuring for me as the MOT had run out. The lights were difficult to remove and a third member of staff (didn’t get his name sorry, but he was about to go to Guernsey on holiday) managed to get the lights out. Darren and Jamie were both super helpful, polite and charged a reasonable price for the repairs. I picked the car up with a fresh MOT and have to say I was really impressed by the service I received from all the team here today. Thank you so much!!

Second visit this year. Went in today with a slow puncture, only to find two nails embedded in the non-repairable area of the tyre. The fitter, who was new to the job, very politely explained why he could not repair the tyre and replaced it.
On my previous visit, they managed to replace my rear brake pads, the day before a visit to France - on Good Friday! Old pads were shown to me to emphasise how worn one side was, these had been signed off as OK by main dealer a few months before.
On both occasions, I found all members of staff, particularly the manager to be extremely helpful and courteous.
Would recommend.

The team at the Salisbury branch under their branch manager are fantastic. Having taken my daughter's car for an air con identified the problem and although they could not source the part agreed to fit it once one was located. Despite a VW dealership saying they could supply one for over a week, F1 were happy to keep moving the fitting appointment and completed it in time for my daughter to return to uni. They were all professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Having never been there before their dedication was a credit to the company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and polite at a good price.

I went to Salisbury Autocentre have two brand new Dunlop tyres fitted which single price was £94.74,after installation Darren who dealt with my vehicle has demanded over £260 for two tyres which is 25% higher than online. After my refusal to pay this amount and showing him a photo with
Autocentre online prices said that will try do a better price. Which finally did. Further customers, remember prices before go there.

Formula one Salisbury were absolutely brilliant, busy Bank Holiday weekend, couldn't fit me in but went above and beyond to help. Communication from Darren was excellent and his team were extremely helpful and polite, most definitely use them again:)

I gave a 5 star review for the online booking process and have not been disappointed with the visit or the work carried out, polite helpful staff, clean and pleasant waiting area, prices very good, overall a very good experience, will visit again.

Called in at SALISBURY centre on Saturday afternoon. Explained that I had a problem with metal tyre dust caps that were seized on. Darron the manager kindly offered to remove tyres off both rear wheels, cut off valves and replace, first appointment at 10am on Sunday morning. EXCELLENT polite & friendly service, only took half an hour. Checked tyre tread and pressure also. Will use Formula One Salisbury for both my cars in future.

Dreadful garage, do not use them, they cancel on you and do not care. You have been warned!!
