Formula One and the management is absolutely scandalous. I had my car in for a break pattern change, when I got the car back my instrument display continue lighting up due to a sensor failure. I have now booked the car in three times to get the sensor repaired, each time I show up they say we don’t have the sensor and ask if can you come back another time?
Now I have decided to go to a different garage, as the are just wasting my time…..I can definitely not recommend the garage and the manager!

Order two branded tyres off their website at the beginning of the week. Despite their website stating that they would be available from Thursday, I booked in for Saturday morning at their Leatherhead branch. I received their confirmation email on Friday to remind me of the appointment. Arrived promptly on the Saturday morning only to be told that my tyres hadn’t arrived and to soften the blow, their tyre fitter was also off (as if that was really going to help me!!)
Disappointing as I’d made a 10 mile trip, so a courtesy call in advance would have saved me a wasted trip (time and fuel). I rebooked for the following Saturday, but to ensure I didn’t have another wasted journey, called twice during the week to ensure tyres were there, only to be told they will check and call back - guess what, no returned calls!
I turned up on time, and handed over keys etc and they found my tyres. But 45mins after my booked appointment, the tyre fitter approached me saying he hadn’t been told my car was here!! He then promptly fitted my tyres.
I’ve used this branch previously and was really impressed hence returned with my other car, but the service received was at the other end of the spectrum!!
I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt as mistakes happen, but hey ho, just made the journey and was nearly there and received a call to cancel my MOT. This will be addressed in a separate review.

Update: Following contact with customer services and speaking with the Regional Manager and speaking with the Branch Manager - my issues were addressed to my satisfaction. Will still be using F1 Autocentres again. It is a great branch and a good bunch of staff working there - was let down due to process and unforeseen circumstances at the wrong time hence my original review.

Last Sunday I had a flat tyre, Paul and his colleague were amazing. Fast, helpful and sorted out the problem for me. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

After contacting several companies about replacing my brake disc today, most of them informed me it would take 2-3 days to order. I decided to try Formula One Autocentre in Leatherhead as a last resort, and Paul swiftly addressed my issue. He provided clear explanations, presented pricing options tailored to my needs, and efficiently completed the job within a reasonable timeframe. I truly appreciate his prompt and proficient service.

Really helpful and friendly. They fitted in a tyre and suspension check and a front tyre change for me same day despite being clearly busy - and stayed late to finish it off. As per other times I've used them, the prices are fair, they don't over-sell and give honest advice. Thoroughly recommended.

The simplest of websites with all the info you need to book an MOT, Tyres etc.

I opted for 4 new tyres along with my MOT. Prices of budget and branded tyres were as good as anywhere and MOT if pre-booked online with vouchers was unbeatable price.

Easy check in and drop off for car, and confirmed what was required. All completed in good time, and courteous phone call updates.

The team at the Leatherhead branch fitted me in as an emergency this morning to fix my rapidly deflating tyre and dodgy sensor. The guys helping were polite, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and put me at ease! Dennis you are amazing!

Great professional service at the Leatherhead branch. Went in with two flats from hitting a pothole. The staff were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Big thank you to Kyle and Dennis for helping me out and also checking and fixing the alignment. Would definitely use again.

Went into the leatherhead branch today and two young guys were extremely friendly and helpful. Showed and explained the exact problem with no technical jargon. Quoted less than half of the garage previous price to fix. Definitely would recommend

I went to have my battery checked as it kept going flat thay tested it for me and it wasn't charging so they gave me a price for a new one which they got from their supplier and fitted very quickly and the guys were very good and polite letherhead branch many thanks Kevin brown 👍

It was late afternoon when I discovered my headlight on my Audi needed replacing. I rang to ask if they could help. Which they did, from the moment I phoned everyone was polite and friendly, and although fitting a replacement bulb in a Audi A1 is not the easiest, they persevered with positivity and professionalism. I have not used this centre before, but certainly will in future.

Very happy with the service I received for my car's MOT and service today. The mechanic was friendly and explained the results of my MOT and what I would need to do next. I would happily recommend Formula 1. Thank you

Brilliant Service.

I took my car in to check a few wires that were hanging down, and went to sit in the cafe across the road while they looked at it. Not only did they diagnose and fix the issue within the hour, one of the guys came over to the cafe twice to give me updates. Never had such great service from a garage. My car needs some extra work done and I've booked straight back in to get the work done. This is a very different experience from when I brought my old car in a few years ago! The mechanics there are really lovely, friendly and don't try to rip you off. They really did go above and beyond; can't recommend highly enough!

Used this company for the first time for a new tyre. Used the leatherhead branch. Fantastic service! Very professional. Friendly staff, even offered a tea whilst I waited. Tyre fitted swiftly. Will definitely use again. Manager Paul was very helpful, friendly and professional.

A very positive experience. Took my car into F1 in Leatherhead for an mot. The staff were all very friendly and being a woman in an all male environment made me feel very comfortable, which made the whole experience very positive. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Well done will definitely be using in future.
