young person, who was claiming that he is manager was so rude. I had appointment to fit the tyres but they could not find my tyres that I payed for. I used this garage before and never had a problem with staff but this time had a very bad experience with youngster. Never again

Andy the manager went out of his way to accommodate identifying a problem pre MOT, and resolving the issue the same day, rebooking the MOT. Really friendly with great communication and explained everything. Certainly someone I would trust , a credit to F1.
(Also had a new tyre fitted , great price and fast turnaround)

Avoid there leatherhead garage at all costs , poor workmanship, poor customer service ( took two weeks to refund money ) area manager doesn’t answer his phone or takes too long to call you back when you leave a message ..

Thanks to the team at Leatherhead. An annoying metal sound from under the bonnet was diagnosed and fixed quickly. That noise was undiagnosed for months as another garage couldn't even ID the noise so I continued to drive around with it. I didn't realize how annoying it had been until it was fixed🙂

Made a booking, paid for it and it all confirmed at F1 Leatherhead for a fitting this morning, first appointment and turn up promptly to be told my slot has been cancelled.
Really really bad customer service - my first time to a F1 centre but it will be my last.
Would recommend going elsewhere.

F1 reply- Regarding your request for further information I have wasted enough time today turning up for my confirmed and fully paid for booking after arranging for someone to cover my shift at my work so I could take time off also, making family arrangements to accommodate getting 4 tyres fitted today at the confirmed booking time - I am not interested in replying any further and will not use or recommend F1

I have never received such amazing service as I did at Formula 1 Leatherhead in Surrey ! I turned up at 5.10pm with a totally flat tyre which was ripped by blades I must have driven over and was greeted by Denis who immediately set to work replacing it. It was all done within 30 minutes and they didn’t charge a fortune either. Denis was fantastic, as he got his team together to help me quickly. This meant so much to me as I would not have known what to do. I can’t thank Denis and the team enough for their professional and very kind service !

These days it can be an uncomfortable experience heading to a tyre replacement centre, wondering what made up rubbish you might have added to your bill. Well at Formula One in Leatherhead the staff were friendly, honest, informative and really couldn't have been better. I highly recommend F1 and thanks again for such a positive experience.

I have used the leather head branch of Formula one for my car servicing and MOT for several years , the staff were previously very accomodating . This year was a totally different story , this particular garage is under new management and it shows, certainly not for the better . Customer service was brusque most of the time and following my recent experience I have lost complete faith in this garage

I dropped my car off at 8:30am as per their request for an MOT and Service .
I explained to reception that because I was waiting in Leatherhead solely for the duration of the service , I would be very appreciative if they could finish the service as early as possible , in previous years this was usually completed by 2-2:30pm .
“I can’t promise but we will try our best” was the reply so I left them to it .
I returned at 2:30 expecting my car to be pretty much done . But NO they hadn’t even started, informing me that the MOT was complete and they were going to start the service next .
I returned again at 4:45pm to find the car on the lift ,service incomplete but was informed that it would be ready shortly .
About that time another customer arrived for new tyres , they couldn’t find her booking but she insisted that she had a booking and they would therefore honour her reservation , the result ! my service was pushed back yet again .No apologies , just an offhand reminder that services were all day from 8.30 - 5.30
When I finally got my car back at 5:35 , I checked the oil display level, it was mid way between empty and full on the computer display . I pointed this out to the mechanics at the time, who said they put in 4.7 litres of oil because they didn’t want to overfill it , and continued . If it doesn’t show full after a short drive bring it back and we will top it up . Why should I have to drive all the way back to this garage to add the missing oil ? . It should have been checked at the time but wasn’t . This has never happened before .
An Audi takes 5 litres of oil not 4.7 litres , so perhaps this was a genuine mistake I don’t know , however I doubt that many drivers actually check the oil level following a service ,so this does raise the question in my mind what if this wasn’t an error .. 300cc of oil saved per vehicle very quickly adds up to a large saving for the garage . I am not making any accusations preferring to believe this was a genuine mistake .
However extrapolating from this error I began to question everything , did I in fact get the upgraded oil package that I paid for ? I will never be sure but once trust is lost it’s very difficult to get it back

Fantastic and friendly staff, Paul manager and Kyle helped to get my tyre fixed within days working around my schedule as had a large screw embedded. They had to replace the tyre as i thought, the price was very competitive which was great!

I've used the Auto Formula One garages in Cirencester and the guys there were lovely, helpful blokes. I had exactly the same in Leatherhead.

After explaining that I was forgotten by the RAC over night and had just spent nearly 12 hours in the car, Paul immediately offered to help me get in ASAP and fix two burst tyres....even when they were fully booked! They did everything they could to help me out and get me on my way as quickly as possible.

Something very dodgy going on with this lot. They have MOT'D a car that is a completely rotten and rear axle has collapsed yet they passed it with no advisorys on other side of the country!? Will be reporting to police and dvsa

Went for a puncture it took 45 minutes, they couldn’t fix it so had to buy a new tyre, they had none in stock, ordered online for three days later, got there, they’d give me the wrong wheel and tyre so had to wait another 50 minutes to do my tyre. The staff there have a lazy attitude and don’t seemed to know what there doing, they didn’t even offer to put my wheel back on, won’t be going back, they lost mine and my two daughters custom, would definitely not recommend

Avoid this place! I checked the wheels on which the tires had been replaced and noticed how carelessly it was done. One rim has deep scratch damage, probably because the wrong tool was used to remove the old balance, and part of the old balance was still slightly glued to the rim and fell off as soon as I touched it with my finger. On the other rim, the old balance was not removed at all and a new one was added. This is not what professional wheel balancing is all about. I paid extra for precision balance upgrade. As a result, the wheels are not balanced properly and one of them is damaged. Customer service with the regional manager also does not bring results, avoiding responsibility by not taking your point of view into account at all.

We contacted them in desperate need for our breaks to be fixed. They fitted us in straight away. The service was fantastic and we were overly impressed from start to finish. We would highly recommend the Leatherhead branch for their professional and polite service. Many thanks for your help, it was greatly appreciated.

F1 fitted 4 new tyres purchased through Asda Tyres. Paul, the manager highlighted that the replacement tyres DOT code showed they were 2018 tyres. Asda eventually agreed to replace them after 6 days of calls! Paul squeezed me in at short notice on the same day and Carl did a great job getting the tyres changed. Great service guys, thank you!

After comparing local tyre companies locally I chose Formula 1 Autocentres for the 1st time. The 4 tyres I required were not in stock so ordered online which gave additional discount. A arrangement was made to fit the tyres (Sunday) and everything went perfectly. The fitter Dennis was helpful, polite and friendly, so different to other outlets. I will definitely use this company again.

I don't often write reviews, but Paul and his team at Formula One Autocentres deserve some serious praise.

I booked my Abarth in for an MOT because of their availability and competitive price. The afternoon before the appointment, my ABS light came on, and I knew it would fail the MOT. I called F1, and they asked me to bring the car down right away before closing.

When I arrived, I didn't even need to explain the situation again. Paul plugged in his diagnostic machine and quickly identified the fault. He called to source the part, but Abarth made it difficult and the part was out of stock and on backorder.

Fortunately, I was able to find the part myself. I made a new appointment for the MOT, and Paul's team even fit the part for me at a very reasonable price on the same day.

Since my work schedule and transportation made it difficult to get to the shop in the morning, they kindly let me drop my car off the day before and pick it up the day after my MOT.

Formula One Autocentres - Leatherhead is fantastic! They are helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly flexible. Thank you again!

Great all round. Two new tyres, one puncture repair and tracking front and rear. Excellent job done quickly, efficiently and at the best price around. Many thanks to Kyle (booking and advising), Paul (manager with great customer service) and Dennis (who did all the hard work) 😊.
