I had a Mg M4 for 10 days by mobility to try an electric vehicle. I thank mobility and Ross and Bethany at EZoo who were extremely professional and knowledgeable of electric vehicles. The vehicle itself I found it very responsive and very light on the steering.
The reason for the low score was that Ross noticed at the end of the hand back a scratch on the blacked out rear quarter glass on the passenger side where he seem to know exactly where it was. I assured him that did not occur when I had the vehicle and pointed out other superficial scratches from abrasive cleaning. He assured me I was not responsible for any damage. Again I said I didn’t cause this in 40 years of driving I have never had any scratches on my glass on my vehicles.
I checked the vehicle over for any bumps or body scratches visible to the eye it did not occur to me to carefully scrutinise the glass especially on a rear side glass for scratches hardly visible to the naked eye.
This really was very very upsetting for me and hence why I have taken a while to right this review.

I do wish other mobility users who are trialling these vehicles to be very very careful when checking over the vehicle and to scrutinise the glass for any superficial damage and point this out before you accept the car.

Smooth delivery and collection procedures. Kia Niro nice to drive. Charging it was a nightmare though. Insufficient time spent on show and tell. This country is not ready for electric cars, especially if you live in a flat and can't have home charging facilities. Spent precious holiday time watching the mileage tick down and studying app to search for charging points, which may or may not work when you get there. Would not consider driving one again till the infrastructure is complete.

Can’t rate this company highly enough, communication and Handover were seamless thanks to Sukhi and Bal, very efficient and knowledgeable staff and nothing was too much trouble for them, handing the vehicle back was just as simple and effortless.

Had really good communication from start to finish from Ross and also Bethany during pick up. Found the charging very stressful trying to find accessible chargers so just charged the car at home with a charging cable supplied which had a 3 pin plug. At the end when Ross was checking the car his razor sharp eyesight picked up a scratch on the car which I don't think was visible to a normal naked eye but he reassured me by telling me it would polish out. All in all would recommend Ezoo the help from Ross was excellent and Bethany is a really good communicator.

Really good experience so far having received the car. Sharon responded immediately over email and phone when I had questions and uncertainties over the subscription. The delivery was smooth. Can't wait to get driving!

So far I have had a really good experience with Ezoo. David looked after things for me and kept me informed throughout the process. I was extremely grateful. The process of receiving the car was so smooth I was very impressed. At this point I haven’t got any complaints so I would definitely recommend Ezoo to anyone in need!

Just want to say what an amazing experience so far we have had with EZOO from booking to having the car dropped off firstly we made a booking on the website and had a lovely phone call from a lovely lady called Sharon who guided us through all the steps we needed to do to get the car booked this was all done very quick. Every time I have had a question Sharon has been there to answer my email and this includes weekends and out of hours aswell which is really good service. The car got delivered on the date as promised by a lovely driver we got shown round the car for the visual check and also shown the controls and since then we have enjoyed having it. We only plan to have it for one month as we are using it for a family holiday but once this hire is up we know where to go to get another EV hire. Again thankyou so much for everything you have made it an easy process we will use you and recommend you to others 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An easy and enjoyable experience having the Nissan Leaf for nearly a month and I felt totally supported by the EZOO team throughput

I rented an EV for 6 months from EZOO - it was an excellent experience and everything ran smoothly. Ross in Customer Service was particularly helpful - always available over the phone or email, prompt replies, very patient and helpful and no problem too small. I would thoroughly recommend this company and would rent from them again.

Straightforward and supportive throughout my time with eZoo. Ross resolved any issues quickly and professionally. Would recommend eZoo to anyone looking to hire or lease an electric vehicle.

The ordering of the car and delivery was very simple and straightforward. I have no issues with this part of the hire.

My issue if the hire is after dropping it back. Will take 16-17 working days to get my deposit back.
I drive the car 80 miles to the drop of location. The have been charged £75 because the car came back a bit dirty. Guess what - driving up the motorway will make the car dirty. If they picked the car up from me they’d have to clean it when they got back to their base.
There was a couple of marks around the handle on the driver side ( inside card) and a bit of dust on the centre console. Another £75 charge. Such a lineup spinner they’ve got going.

Don’t use them for this reason in my opinion.

No apology for the 16-17 working day refund of deposit.

Just because it’s in line with other people doesn’t make the charges ok.

Could I have a job to come and clean your cars if you charge that much?

£150 is still outrageous - I’d pay that if I was getting my Bentley cleaned. Not a Renault Zoe.

So far so good - wow what service,

I have a ID5 on hire for 3 months while i test out how viable EV cars for disabled people... i cannot walk and i have fitted Lynx controls to the car for the duration of my hire.

They were in contact with me loads before the hire started, then texting and calling me a few hours before the delivery... they also called when they were 5 minutes away.

The delivery person gave me a full tour of the car as i said i have never used an EV before... they gave me every detail of the car spec I have always been a petrol head so i love car talk!, they explained the gears, the infotainment, the charging system, EV apps, EV charging, EV batteries, ... they went into every detail to ensure i was happy with the car.

Then before they left they moved the car around so that i could charge it up straight away.

I had my disabled controls fitted the following day so i could drive it ... and everything they explained was to that exact detail of the car.

im a couple of weeks in ... and done about 200 / 300 miles as i am a hybred worker and i am completely sold on getting a full EV for my next car at the moment,

I search all over to find a short term EV rental, no luck. Then I visited the Fully Charged Show in Harrogate, met the EZOO team and within a couple of days (!) I had a Cupra Born on the driveway.

The signup process was straightforwards, the customer service great and they really went above and beyond to get the car at such short notice.

I'll be renting again.

Delivery was fine. I thought the presentation of the car could have been better. Valeting was a bit patchy and the SMELL was terrible. It seems to have been due to a cardboard hanger from the valeting company which I eventually found. WHY DO THEY DO THIS? VERY DOWN MARKET. I recommend they consult a "Nose" as used by the perfume industry.

The "Frunk" was not cleaned at all. Full of mud and an old charging cable with a very tatty zip case.

Ross made the arrangements all straightforward and completed in the week. He easily resolved some small technical issues with bank checks.
Sukhi delivered the car and was both professional and a good guide in the relevant information.

I swapped cars and even got a little package delivered from Ezoo with the bits I left in the old car , little parts of customer service like this goes above and beyond

Honestly really really great customer service, kept me updated and well ensured after my accident.

I’ve been a customer for more than 3 months now must say, Ross has been really helpful with getting my Cupra sorted and relaying information back to me.
10/10 would recommend
