Always friendly, already ready to sort things out. Such a difference from the AI driven, automated car hire franchises. Its great to have a customer centered, family business in Newark.

The car was freshly cleaned and looked good on arrival. I was informed of the existing damage to the car(minimal) and encouraged to inspect it. Very professional and courteous. Good price. All round good experience. I will use again.
