I had been shopping around for a while when I saw the Duke power slider on their website and rang ahead to see if they had it on display in Pouladuff Road which luckily they did. When I went in Rain was so helpful, giving me guidelines to ensure the couch would fit before purchasing and going through the aftercare/warranty as well as making sure I had picked the right configuration. Keith was a pleasure to deal with, I bought 5 pieces of furniture from him. He was very courteous and helpful. I will be back to purchase from him again. I collected the furniture from the warehouse and could not say the same about the warehouse staff. 4 of them stood around looking at me when I called to collect the 5 pieces. They are not on the ball at all. No interest in their work at all.

Myself and my husband went to EZ living…
Myself and my husband went to EZ living today to buy a dining table. We met a lovely man called Kieth. He was so helpful. Showed us what was upstairs, then took us to the clearance section to see if we spotted anything there. We settled on a table that we had seen upstairs, but wanted the oval version. This was no problem to order. Will have to wait a bit, but worth it for the service and advice.

Ordered a 3 seater sofa and after a…
Ordered a 3 seater sofa and after a year and 4 months it completely collapsed. They sent out someone to check the drop on the cushions and said that was standard after a year. Now another 6 months later my back is in complete agony. It was the most uncomfortable sofa. It’s a terrible pity they don’t look after their customers, not by sending a contractor. I would never buy off them again. They could have solved this by giving me proper cushions to put in to the covers but no they just washed their hands of it

To provide some context, when the concern was originally raised 9 months ago, we arranged for an independent and trusted technician to attend and assess the sofa. Following an inspection after approximately 16 months of use in the home, the technician reported that the cushioning was providing adequate support and that the settlement observed was consistent with the natural settling of the sofa.
We appreciate that comfort is subjective and that your experience may have changed since the original assessment. However, we did take your concern seriously at the time and arranged for it to be independently inspected and assessed.
