This response to my complaint was amazing!
Charlie Hawkes did not offer anything at all. He lied when he said he would email his worker re time of visit and shopping. That has caused great trauma. No way did he offer anything else. His worker blasted in demand money and refused to help me with a sling, I have broken my arm, or help change the shirt I had been living and sleeping in for a long time, She was abrupt and scary. I never had a reply from Charlie explaining. T the last time we spoke was about his birth details. as I am a retired astrologer. Why do people lie?
The cleaner we had in Milton Keynes did a superficial clean. Didn’t touch any grout or even Hoover under tables or desks. Even after feedback was given. I would not recommend this service. It’s really badly managed - Uber for cleaners.
the initial experience was good and professional and my cleaner was reliable and even though there was room for improvement she was good, her main issue was that she was very rough and quite brut, I received complaints from my family the days I was at the office about the way the cleaner was handling their stuff, she always seemed to be beating up the Dyson, my husband was always saying, she is going to break it, but I didn't wanted to say anything . and she did ended up breaking my Dyson . when I reported this , Rose Ogborn from the Bath office basically calls me a liar, saying that my Dyson is older than I am saying it is. I can proof it is not. is registered. saying it was faulty or that still useable even though I have said it is not!, I wonder how on earth can she possibly know That without seeing it. Anything to avoid taken responsibility and claim to the insurance. I will report this to the trading standards office if I need to and make a small claim but I just won't let it go out off principle!

Brilliant Company - Professional, courteous and caring.
Organised for a one off home ‘deep clean’ through this company. Firstly, after organising a date well in advance the company message me the night before having to cancel without giving me any real solid reason as to why this was. I had to change my work pattern to accommodate which caused me difficulties. But the flat needed to be cleaned so agreed to a date a few days later.
I was told a 2 hour clean should be enough time for a relatively small flat like mine. I decided to ask for a 3 hour clean to be safe and asked the clean be extended to the windows and fridge. On my return to my flat 3 hours later I was absolutely appalled to see that the flat had barely been cleaned. The TV, it’s stand, not even touched. The large lamp not even touched. None of the radiators / light switches had been touched. The front of the oven still had stains on the glass fronting. The work top had not been wiped down properly either, I moved certain objects such as the microwave/ toaster etc there was muck all around it, as the cleaner hadn’t even bothered to move worktop items to wipe underneath/ around them.
The bathrooms didn’t seem to have been touched!! No bleach used in the toilets you could still see a tissue in the bottom of the bowl. The bathroom shower had not been touched there was still muck covering the taps and soap holder. I don’t actually think the cleaner went into my en-suite bathroom. There was stains around the shower sink hole. None of the shower separator had been touched, not even a wipe down. I was truely shocked that I had paid for an extra hour over recommended, when there appeared to be rooms that hadn’t even been entered!
I took around 40 pictures of the uncleaned flat and sent it immediately to the company. They replied agreeing it was not a sufficient clean and that a complete re clean needed to be done. I asked that this was done early the following week as it was problematic for my work schedule (I’m a key worker) they said they would try before eventually coming back and stating they could only do the end of the following week. Reluctantly, I agreed to this. I then receive a text message a couple of days before they are due to come cancelling yet again, saying they would have to put it off for the following week! By this point enough was enough I cancelled and asked for a full refund of my money.
I am a 30 year old guy who hardly has high expectations when it comes to the cleanliness of my flat, but this whole service has been truely awful. Save yourself the time and money and do not use this company! There are much better services out there! :(
In response to ExtraHelp... Again, this is a warning to anyone considering using the company. The owner has responded with an absolute lie. I had reached out several times to the office to complain about how my Father was treated and was told that no one but the abuser was in charge that I could report the matter to therefore, I took thae stance I did.
