The worst company I have ever dealt with!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and they should be forced to stop trading.
There is no way of contacting them by telephone and when you email them, all the messages just go into a thread under the order number on their weird website...
I ordered a mural for my son's birthday and then received several messages about it, saying PAY NOW... Thinking that must mean that I hadn't paid, I paid - again, as it turned out.
I then sent them a note, saying I wasn't sure if there had been a misunderstanding but that I obviously only wanted one mural with the chosen image. I added that if the mural couldn't be here for such and such date, I DID NOT WANT THE MURAL.
No reply to that, but a message saying the image was too poor a resolution for the size I had chosen.
I started suspecting foul play straight away, as nobody would get back to me about my questions and there were two orders in my name, despite my several messages and questions, so I messaged them again, under each order thread, saying:
PLEASE CANCEL ORDERS XXX & XXX IMMEDIATELY.
Then, I get a reply saying: "don't worry, when your order is confirmed, we will cancel the other one you have".
I repeated (on both threads) PLEASE CANCEL ORDERS XXX & XXX IMMEDIATELY and had no reply until four days later it said something like Your order has been sent...
As I realised the company wasn't to be trusted and as thought they would eventually cancel and refund my orders, I ordered another mural from a company here in the UK - more expensive but trustworthy.
Two weeks after my son's birthday, with the new (third) mural (the one from the UK company) already in place, I of course received TWO murals of the same image but different sizes from Expo. So, I have now paid £195 (81+64 + 50) for a mural for my son's room, but have two left over - they are space-themed and no one else in the family wants them...
There is no way I can send the two unwanted murals back as I don't know whereto and, judging by how they've dealt with my order (turned it into two UNWANTED ones), I don't want to risk paying postage etc AND not being refunded.
These are crooks and I will post this review in as many places as possible, so that no one else makes the same mistake as I did, in using them

Purchased mural image from their collection, I could live with the photo quality, but the paper is of bad quality, it come already with sticky back which doesn’t make it easy, it’s definitely a two man job. After a week I noticed it peeling of from around all edges. Stuck them again and now it’s becoming a regular job for me to stick back the rolling edges. I am absolutely certain the two of us stuck it properly and well as per their instructions. It’s looking bad now and I’ve waisted my money should have paid a bit more and got better elsewhere. This item is cheap but far from cheerful
