Terrible company, no customer service, do not pay express delivery as the options do not change the service provided but be willing to wait more than a month if it actually gets delivered.

It would be better to avoid them

Contacted these scammers numerous times only to be told it's on its way, giving fake tracking numbers. All communication is via their web chat, none by actual email. If I could give minus stars I would. I have paid £79.+ £10 for express 2 day delivery, 3 weeks later still waiting.

La stampa é arrivata nei tempi… la grafica pirata presenta un errore di grafica al centro dell’immagine come un mezzo cerchio pieno azzurro… inoltre l’adesivo presente non attacca nulla, dopo 3 ore, ho trovato totalmente la foto ripiegata su se stessa ed accartocciata, incollata, quindi da buttare… anche ad usare la colla da parati, provato anche con il bostick spray, saratoga spray… nulla non c’è verso di farlo stare attaccato al muro… credevo sinceramente di non restare così deluso ma mi sbagliavo… ho cercato anche di contattare l’assistenza piu di una volta ma nulla nessuna risposta… sia per l’errore di grafica di per il fatto che l’adesivo non attacca bene sul muro … pessima esperienza, non lo consiglio e non riacquisterò più nulla da loro

Terrible. I continuously send them the link to their own website that has the photo to be used and they continuously ask me to send them a photo.
I asked for a refund after 10 of those (nearly automated sounding) mails and they said (via an email partially in spanish and slightly less automated) that two weeks have past. No refund.
Mucho gratias for the rip off señor. No phone ... for some months they write they are organizing that (on their website). The website is organized and oriented to be a cash cow for them first and foremost. I am at pains to see a good (and real final) product implemented on the wall of their many (likely frustrated) consumers (in all of europe) that results from any "murial" that might or might not be outputed from this company.

My mural is absolutely amazing. My perfect image of bliss printed for me to fit my full wall. I love it. Thank you expo mural, other prices I got just were not anywhere near affordable for me and I would of had to get it in bits and pieces anyway. What you've done for me is perfect at such a great price. Thank you

The company is clearly a scam, taking advantage of the fact that by selling personalized objects it is not so easy to claim when something goes wrong.
They send a product that does have the HD quality that they promise, in my case the vinyl arrived crushed.
They don't even bother to protect it because they don't care how it gets to you.
I sent photos to show the damage and they said that those wrinkles would go away when vynil was placed, which was not true. They did not refund my money or sent me a reprint since they stated that they could not see any defect in the pictures I sent (they also told me that the wrinkles they saw in my Photos would go away when placing it, so... if first they said they dind not appreciate any defects, why did they tell me about wrinkles that would go away when placing the vynil?).

On the other hand when you receive the product they ask you to review and open the package before accepting it in case its damaged, something that nobody does to avoid wasting the delivery person time. This is a way they have to never take responsibility for anything. It's the perfect scam, low-priced products that no one bothers to claim, and because they are personalized, they don't come under many buyer protections. Vinyl that I personally have thrown away.

Ho acquistato 6 mesi fa un adesivo murale grande come una porta. l'Immagine è molto sfocata, e soprattutto è divisa a metà lungo il lato maggiore e non il minore, cosa che ha reso molto difficoltosa la possibilità di far aderire bene le due parti. E la cosa peggiore è che stranamente le due parti non combaciano!! Ho dovuto tagliare un pezzetto trasversale di una metà così da far combaciare i due pezzi di immagine...

Waiting time was a bit frustrating, it's a bit misleading when you pay for quick delivery and find out it's coming from Spain and gets delayed in customs.
The sticky back method is not easy, I can see a lot of these being trashed, mine nearly ended up in the bin when it folded back on itself but I salvaged it and very happy with the final result. Trouble is it's an expensive learning curve doing your first one if you get it wrong. I see a lot of reviews saying poor image quality but unless you have a massive resolution image then it will always suffer at a large size, it is what it is. I would get one again but prefer to get a normal wallpaper type one, much easier to put up.

Micky mouse company run by Goofy Rubbish service rubbish quality rubbish rubbish rubbish that’s where it ended up in the bin. Customer service do not accept responsibility that their product is rubbish.

I paid for a mural made up of pictures of family members.
AFTER paying I later got a message to say picture quality was to poor , no where did it explain required quality.
I sent original quality pictures
Still not good enough.
I have tried around 6 times asking to be refunded, each time their replys have been in Spanish with a different Ref number.
Lost my money as paid with debit card.
This company are fraudulent

I honestly wish I could give this review ZERO stars! I ordered a mural on the 5/5/2021 and paid for it using PayPal (thankfully). By the 9/5/2021 I received an email saying that my order had been shipped and would be delivered within 48 hours. Those hours pass, nothing is delivered. Then on the 12/5/2021 I receive another email from them saying that I need to pay for my order before they can ship it to me?! I reply using their messaging method on their website saying that I had already paid the full amount and that I had checked my bank account which showed that I paid the full amount. No reply. Then my husband came across reviews on the company, all bad reviews, all having had similar or the same issues as us. Instantly I contacted PayPal and opened a case with them to get my money back. I'm absolutely appalled that this company is still allowed to trade. Do yourselves a favour and find a trusted company. Thankfully I paid using PayPal but not everyone has been so lucky and have lost their money to these scam artists

Dopo 3 mesi non è arrivato nulla, è una presa in giro! Ho pure pagato la spedizione express per averlo in 3 giorni!!! Non ho parole ... soldi persi!

Consegna in ritardo pur avendo richiesto in fase di ordine "consegna express" con supplemento di 10 euro. Qualità della carta da parati molto bassa, viene via il colore in fase di installazione.

Please save your money . Do not use this company. There are far better. To be fair the image I eventually received was good. However, the adhesive isn’t fit for purpose. So it literally just peels away from the wall and bubbles.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before buying from these cowboys. Worst customer service ever, actually non existent. I’ve requested a Refund via their weird website but not holding my breath, it’s impossible to actually speak to anyone or email them, it’s all automated responses. Please don’t waste your money, chose a trusted company!

Horrendous service, please do not use this business, the 70% offer IS to good to be true, the mural came late, blared and very dark.. I have sent numerous emails to complain, they have now stopped communicating, I gave them a weeks warning that I would be adding reviews unless they answered my mails.. I heard nothing

Ordered and paid by card. Wished we'd paid using PayPal now.
Had email saying picture pixelates for the size we'd ordered. They recommended we choose another picture. We said no and asked order be cancelled and to refund us.

Next message from them was pushing for us to choose another picture or have the original in a smaller size. Again we said no to the alternative and asked the order be cancelled and refund our money.

Again they ignored our request and replied pushing us to choose another picture for the mural. Again we said no and requested yet again that our order be cancelled and refund our money.

This went on for a week. Us requesting order be cancelled and refund us ourand expomural just ignoring our request.

Today I've had an email from them. They are still ignoring our cancellation and refund request saying they've found an image on the Internet. Now I'm getting really upset. Again I've emailed requesting cancellation and a refund.

I can not have been any clearer in my wishes to them. They could not fulfill our order so we requested a cancellation and refund 9 times. It now appears they are are processing our order when tracking.

Very very very unhappy

I'm still being ignored by expomural. They have continued to produce and dispatch my order. I'd asked for it to be cancelled multiple times before it went in to production.

I decided to track it. I have to laugh. It didn't clear customs due to missing invoice and is on its way back to sender. Just shows what an incompetent company they are. I've resigned myself to losing my money. I also wished I'd known they weren't in the UK. I've learnt a very hard lesson. Please please do not not order from this company. Next time I order something I will not let excitement rule my head. I will research a company and their reviews in future.
