Exceptional Villas Omdömen

Flawless service as always from Exceptional Villas. Their booking staff and concierge staff are wonderful, and always ensure the trip goes smoothly. We have used them multiple times and will continue to do so!

The customer service was fantastic. Rowena, our concierge has been very helpful and responsive.

Elaine has helped create lifelong memories for the Franklin Family for 3 years now. Our family has relied on Exceptional Villas for stays in Turks & Caicos, Sorrento, and St. Martin and each time we are impressed by the attention to detail, knowledge of the destination and care demonstrated when arranging our vacations. Thank you for being our reliable luxury villa partner.

Rowena and the team were brilliant from Start to Finish. They answered all our questions and everything was so well organised. Would definitely recommend.

We used Exceptional Villas again this year for our family holiday and once again, we had an exceptional holiday! Rowena was super supportive, brilliant at keeping us on track, reminding us of the various deadlines as they loomed and ensured everything was organised for us before we arrived and during our stay.

The personnel are very friendly and informative. My questions were all addressed in a professional way. I have used Exceptional Villas a few times and each experience was great.

Elaine was spectacular to work with. Kind, communicative, patient, thorough and a true problem solver. No question or concern went unanswered or unaddressed. Trip hasn't happened yet but is fully arranged. I am confident and comfortable that she will be there should we need. Highly recommend. Thank you to Elaine and Exceptional Villas!

UPDATE: Trip happened and it exceeded our expectations. Everything according to plan and our itinerary and flights updated by the moment via the EV app. Exceptional indeed.

My family of eight had the most wonderful vacation. Our Villa was just one year old, so everything was brand new. The staff at the villa were so pleasant and did everything they could to make our visit special; from the delicious breakfast every morning with homemade coffee cake to fresh fruit and cappuccino. We also had several dinners in and they were some of the best meals we had on the entire trip. Elaine Donoghue was our concierge contact and she was amazing, from helping with special outings(boat trip one day with snorkeling and views of the coastline). She helped with finding drivers to take us to other destinations( trip to Pompei with a delicious lunch at a vineyard after the tour. Also help with dinner reservations, and all kinds of useful information; I just can’t say enough about how much we appreciated her help. I felt after daily chats with Elaine I had found a new best friend.

The entire process from renting the villa to car rentals, airport transportation, reservations, etc…was all taken care of by Rowena. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made everything happen. i would highly recommend using Exceptional villas and we will definitely be using them our next trip as well.

Rowena consistently went above and beyond to help secure restaurants, activities and answer endless questions from me. Have already recommended them and will certainly be back.
Thank you

The experience I have had working with Marianna Wiley has been fantastic. The communication is above and beyond, all questions have been answered and everything has been planned out by detail. I couldn't have asked for a better guest service specialist.

We recently returned from Barbados after a 7-night stay at Foster House arranged expertly by Yvonne and Rowena of Exceptional Villas. We shared this magnificent villa with our two sons and their families. With a stunning view of the water, and such spacious and beautiful accommodations, we had everything at our disposal.
The staff were wonderful - we were blessed to have Cheryl, our cook, and her lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to us all. The house was always clean and the food delicious. The pool was a big hit with our two grandsons.
Thank you to Rowena for getting all of our arrival needs met. We highly recommend Exceptional Villas for your travel needs.

Beach Kandi Villa is simply stunning! A gorgeous place with breathtaking views from every room! We loved our vacation!
Turks and Caicos is a wonderful island with lovely people! The planners, the villa staff, and the drivers were all amazing! Can’t wait to return.

Service care and information was the best I have ever experienced. The accommodations was beyond all expectations.

Elaine has been a wonderful and indispensable help in arranging the details of our stay at Lake Como. She had the ability to put her self in our shoes and guide us through decisions for tours, meals, as well as relaxation opportunities. Five stars for sure!

The Exceptional Villas team is responsive, knowledgeable and a great partner to have while planning (and on) your trip. I have used them several times now and recommended them to friends and family. Their on-island partners are great and ready to help with any questions you have or any issues you encounter. Their new App is amazing! So useful both before and during your trip. Thank you EV!

My family and I stayed at Noble House in Jamaica. Exceptional Villas was fantastic to work with and helped early on prior to travel to make sure everything was just right. We had a fabulous time and will certainly be return customers!

The folks at exceptional villas are proactive and attentive to detail-like good travel agents back in the day. I’ve worked with them many times and would highly recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional villas and Gwladys and Marianne made everything so easy for me. They did all they could to help me.
