Exceptional Villas Omdömen

Our third trip with Exceptional Villas and again a faultless experience.
Thank you.

The house was perfect for our two families. The house had everything we needed. Patricia was very responsive to any of our questions or needs. The kitchen was well equipped and the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and pool floats were great to have. Smith's reef is not far from the house, we snorkled almost every day. Watching the sunsets from the patio was ridiculously beautiful. The marina is walking distance and the restaurants there are really good. I would highly recommend this to our friends and have even talked about renting this villa again.

Fantastic and consistent support, ensuring our Family’s vacation went off without a hitch. Communication was stellar. The team helped us understand all our options and take action on those attractive to us. Great job!

Marianne answered our questions in a timely manner, no matter how many we had. The Villa looks awesome and we can’t wait to get there.

It is hard to put into words how exquisite our service and vacation experience was with Exceptional Villas. Elaine Donoghue assisted every step of the way and made what seemed like a daunting task, a walk in the park. Every recommendation was excellent. Every detail was planned and executed perfectly by her and the team on Anguilla. Our villa "Triton", was exceptional. I am deeply grateful to Elaine and the entire team for making the process of planning the holiday and the experience on island one that we will never forget. Thank you!

Marianne and the whole team was incredibly helpful planning everything we needed ahead of our trip. Thank you!

This is our 5thbooking with exceptional villas. Ita has been a pleasure every time. Staff and villa experts are top notch. Would highly recommend.

Once again we have booked with Exceptional Villas.. I can only repeat myself when I say the service they provide from start to finish is incredible and professional .. once you arrive at your destination, they are still there with full support should you need it.,

From our first contact with Paul & Rowena it was clear they knew how to make your life easy booking a holiday with Exceptional Villas. Great advice and follow through right up to ordering your groceries. First Class.!!

My fiancee and I will get married in a month and we have rented this beautiful villa in Greece. I can't wait to be there and have the time of my life with my future husband!

This is, minimally, our second Barbados vacation we have planned with Exceptional Villas. The team (Yvonne, Rowena, and Julie) is remarkable: attention to details, fully on top of all aspects of the vacation, timely with everything, kind, gentle, sweet, supportive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about their product.

We had a blast in Barbados with our family. The team at Exceptional Villas was super super helpful and thanks to them everything went well. Special thanks to Rowena who was outstanding, booked restaurants for us and more. The App is very useful and helps you with the timing of event booked for you as well as arrival and departure times for the family( we were arriving and flying to different countries).
The Villa is located is a very nice complex, one step close to the beach where you can enjoy daybeds provided by tue club. You can also enjoy the amenities (sport club, tennis courts…)at the Royal Westmorland club.
The staff, for us the wonderful Ms Nancy, was attentive and always ready to help and even cook a delicious Baja’s meal for us.
Overall a fantastic experience and we HIGHLY recommend Exceptional Villas.
We will be back !

My experience has been beyond outstanding!
Elaine has went above & beyond in helping me put together a wonderful family vacation.
She always response whenever I even have small questions. I definitely will be using Exceptional Villa again.
Thank you so much Elaine.

We went for my Partner's 30th birthday, with a total of 12 of us. It was the greatest experience, with great attention to our plans and helping us in the months ahead to ensure we had everything we needed from car service, groceries stocked, to reservations at a couple restaurants. We couldn't be more thrilled with out this trip turned out. The layout is perfect for a large group, lots of activity space but also areas that are private for those wanting quiet and enjoy their space. Thank you so much Big Chill we can't wait to come back.

Luis is exceptionally good at what he does and his customer service is unparalleled. The best I’ve ever worked with.

Elaine and the whole crew at Exceptional Villas are a delight to work with. Every question we asked was addressed, suggestions were offered and follow up was prompt! All of this was done with professionalism, some humor and an extremely positive attitude. Highly recommend!

The team at Exceptional Villas is great! They helped me book at last minute trip for my whole family. Great place, Great people!

I have always felt that the friendly, accommodating service from Exceptional Villas has been outstanding and on my recent booking, once again the service was wonderful. The team are friendly and helpful, are great communicators and honestly do everything we could possibly need in order to give us a perfect holiday

We had the best week of our lives at the villa, Little Plum, part of Exceptional Villas. Everything was perfectly set up for us, clean, and exactly as advertised. The house was truly special, complete with a private backyard and a three-minute walk to a crystal-clear beach. Everyone from Exceptional Villas was friendly, helpful and couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect. We will be back.

Fantastic and professional service from start to finish. Staff so helpful and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble.
