The ring is beautiful and I love the inscription. Communication overall was very good. The only downside is that I had to wait 11.5 weeks from my initial order until it was delivered. On the website it says it takes 6-8 weeks to process an order.

This is the third time you have asked for a review. As I have said time and again I cannot fault your workmanship but the chain was far too fragile for a bracelet. I have someone who is attaching it to a longer chain for a necklace.

Just amazing service
Just amazing service! Once you’ve ordered they sent out the box to collect the ashes in straight away and comes next day. They were great with communication as my ring/size wasn’t in stock and they let me know how many weeks it would be and gave me a chance to change if I wanted too. Was amazing packaged to keep everything safe. Had the spare ashes brought back that was sealed perfectly as well.
Would 100% use them again but just not in a hurry too (as don’t want to lose anyone else) the ring looks amazing and fits perfectly. Which they send out a ring size for you to try to make sure you order the correct size. Can’t fault them at all! Amazing service

Everything was handled with such care and thoughtfulness at a tough time. Every step of the way I was updated with an email. I had a ring made with my Dads ashes and the ring is absolutely stunning. I am so pleased. I also had a piece of jewellery made for my daughter and neice and each one is stunning.

Visited the showroom to pick our pieces and was able to try on and see in “real life “. My ring was not only going to be holding my precious boy but was to be my replacement engagement ring .
