I went to showroom to select my item, the staff were wonderful, so kind and patient and showed empathy and understanding. The process was smooth and my ring is perfect. I was able to collect same day also, as I was worried about risking the post. I would really recommend this company not only are the items beautiful, the staff are great and the presentation even when collection is just stunning and now I have a piece of my love with me always.

If I had one small complaint is that the order took a long time and the comms could have been better. I chased and they immediately expedited the pieces and delivery was within a few days. Avoid at all costs
I chose EverWith because of its excellent reputation and because I was entrusting them with one of the most precious things I own – my late mum's ashes. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing like I expected.
The original ring developed multiple defects within just a few days of normal wear. Rather than enjoying a memorial I could wear every day, I found myself having to begin a lengthy complaints process.
To resolve the issue, I reluctantly sent a further portion of my mum's ashes back to EverWith. From that point onwards, the problems continued. Communication was inconsistent, I received conflicting information, the replacement was supplied without the diamond dust I had paid for, and despite being assured it had been made to the correct size, I believe the replacement ring was also made in the wrong size.
What disappointed me most wasn't just the mistakes themselves, but how they were handled. My complaint was said to have been escalated with a promised response within 7–14 days, yet that deadline was missed without apology or explanation. When a response finally arrived, I felt many of my concerns had simply been dismissed rather than addressed.
The comment that upset me most was being told there were "sufficient ashes" remaining. Whether there are enough ashes left is not for EverWith to decide. My mum's ashes are finite, irreplaceable and deeply personal. Two portions were used because of repeated mistakes that were entirely outside of my control. To reduce that to there being "sufficient" remaining completely missed the emotional significance of what had happened.
The proposed resolution was to dismantle the rings, extract the ashes from the resin and issue a refund. Before making that decision, I had to ask how my mum's ashes would actually be returned and whether they would still be suitable for another memorial jewellery company. Those are questions I never imagined I would have to ask.
I appreciate that mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how those mistakes are handled. Sadly, I do not feel EverWith showed the level of care, accountability or compassion I expected when dealing with something as irreplaceable as a loved one's ashes.
This review isn't written lightly. I genuinely wanted EverWith to succeed and repeatedly gave opportunities to put things right. Instead, I experienced repeated manufacturing issues, administrative errors, poor communication, missed deadlines and a complaints process that left me feeling dismissed rather than supported.
I cannot recommend EverWith based on my experience.

We believe this review to be fundamentally unfactual and was written after we refused to pay you £100 compensation that you were asking for.
You reported issues with the original ring created for you within a few days of wearing it and we agreed to make a free of charge replacement ring for you.
At no point did we confirm there was a manufacturing issue and as I pointed out to you, without us getting the ring back for inspection it would be impossible to surmise the reason for your issue.
You then decided to change the ring size to a size V and the resin colour to aqua which we did for you without hesitation. We have sent you images of the ring during production to prove that we did indeed create in the size you requested.
During the processing of your replacement order, the enhancement of diamond dust was omitted in error. Again, we apologised for the omission and offered to get the ring back to us so we could add the diamond dust. You did not want to do this despite our assurances that there was no need for additional ashes.
Throughout the whole process, you have been treated with compassion and kindness by myself and my team.
Your numerous, lengthy emails were answered promptly and you were given options to resolve your issue.
With reference to the sufficient ashes remark.
You wrote that you had insufficient ashes with which to create further Memorial jewellery from another company. I assured you that the ashes returned to you were sufficient in order for you to do this should you so wish. I again attached images for you.
We have given options for rectifying your issue which you have chosen to refuse.
We’re truly sorry that you feel so unhappy with the service we provided but hope that your beautiful ring brings the greatest of comfort.
