Most things were done well
Most things were done well , they looked after me getting me to my home and back.
The only thing I was not happy with is they did not renew my header tank when they the new oil cooler on.

Another very disappointing experience…
Another very disappointing experience with Evans Halshaw Horsforth and also had a bad experience with evans halshaw grimsby, in Horsforth we went in and firstly no one wanted to serve us initially. No one serving customers but more than likely being presumptuous because of my age, so thinking we wouldn't be there to purchase. Asked to test drive a car and got met with a cold shoulder and more wanting to find out about my current car. Said I couldn't test drive any cars until I had my car on the ramp which I have never experienced before at any other garages. Just an FYI to evans halshaw, you need to test drive a car to see if you like how it drives. Lesson has been learnt. If you want a car don't choose evans halshaw there's much better alternatives out there.
