Excellent experience
I recently had the pleasure to visit the dealers looking for a car for my gandaughter.
I had already been to other dealerships but I must say that Evans Halshaw left them all standing, it’s like the old saying “chalk & cheese”
From arriving at the garage and being met by Jacob who was extremely pleasant, and although he hadn’t been in the job long,very efficient.
We were assisted by Chris who dispelled all the old stories of second hand car salesmen. He was absolutely brilliant and nothing was a trouble to him.
I would certainly reccomend the whole experience to anyone in the future.
Just one negative, get the coffee machine fixed!!!😁

This review is regarding front of house, Customer Service which was handled very professionally and respectfully by the chap involved.
Booking my EV in was a pleasant and straightforward experience, regarding the issues I am having with the low range that I getting with my Mokka EV.
After leaving my car with them, they provided a similar courtesy car which was very clean and tidy.
Later that day when I collected my car they had also given it a nice thorough clean inside and out.
However, the very low mileage that I am getting out of my Mokka EV wasn't fixed.

Dropped car off and asked if it could be ready for the school run. Car was due a service and it’s first MOT. Called me at 2.30pm to advise my car had passed and it was ready for collection. All clean and vacuumed. They even drove the car round to the door and opened my windows to let some air in.

Excellent service
Recently had my service and MOT done on same day here, car was ready, washed and vacced in less than 3 hours! Really impressed with customer service here too, Lewis was superb, phoned with an update of when the car would be ready to collect and brought it round to the front for me! Alan is also always very friendly, always saying hello. Really friendly atmosphere at this branch

On a recall by Vauxhall for oil injector
Don’t know if the injector was done as I was told it had only had a oil and filter change done
Also told engine undertray was damaged but couldn’t see this on video
I checked undertray and found it looked ok but was covered in old engine oil also front tyres had old engine oil on them no service book was filled to say what had been done even though I was told to leave it Did try to sell me a service plan though. Needless to say I won’t be going back
