Missing / damaged parts on purchase
Use convertible purchased and noticed on collection that one of the rear headrests was missing as well as a broken fuel filler cap. Whilst the Dealership agreed to replace both, after nearly months of chasing, they send a damage headrest (which they refuse to accept with it being a used car) and still haven't sent the fuel cap (3 months later). It also turned out the replacement headrest isn't even the correct one for the car. Complaints have been ignored.

Double check whether the “red” items on your car check really do need absolutely immediate attention
Booked my daughter’s car in for a service which they did.
The car check highlights a number of things that use words like “immediate” or “required”. Most of these should be suggest (and highlighted amber on their RAG status)
To the uninitiated, this could scare customers into work which could be done depending on the customer’s needs

Their services are amazing!
They were fabulous, as I'm disabled Evans Halshaw fetched my car for it's service and brought it home when it was done. The service went exceptionally well and gave my car green across the board! The only work needed was to change the brake fluid. I also was very grateful for the complimentary car wash and valeting. They did a fantastic job and I thoroughly recommend them.

Took my car in for its MOT and it come back with a serious fault Rebecca rang me explaining what issues they found and how to resolve them, when I gave them the go ahead to do it the turn around time was quick and was able to get my car back the same day, really impressed with the service provided.
