i dont know what was wrong with my car
i dont know what was wrong with my car. they send a doc out twice telling me about lights and tyres but not the issue the fixed and on the phone they told me about a cat c issue i had to get fixed but that is doumented no where so how can i put it into my local garage when i dont know whats wrong

Very helpful service
Very helpful service. We were looking at the used cars next door and popped in for a quick look at the new ones. Ramsay Allan was friendly and helpful and provided advice on returning our old car to the finance company saving me money.
The sale of the car was no hassle and no pressure which suited me. Very helpful throughout. Well done Ramsay.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. I dropped y xar off at 9 on 29/01 as the ageed on time for something that was at best a 4 hour job. Arrived back at the deakership at 1 and my car hadn't moved an inch. It took nearly 5 hours to move my car until one of their service bays and a further hour and a half after this to inform me it wasn't going to be ready until today.
What are Evans Halshaw playing at with being so incompetent and lazy that it requires me to bring my car in twice after screwing up with servicing my car and putting the wrong fuel filter in?
Never mind the fact that the cost also doubled - was quoted a price and then had it doubled!
0 Stars. Disgusting behaviour by staff. Do not use .

Excellent customer service, was made to feel welcome from when I first went in to when I left with my new car.
Molly, who was my sales representative was excellent. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I feel as if I walked away with a great deal!
