Poor Communication & Unresolved Refund – Very Disappointed
I placed a deposit with Evans Halshaw (Doncaster) for a used Peugeot 2008 over a month ago. When I was informed that the vehicle would take over 6 weeks to be ready, I requested a refund. Despite multiple calls and emails since, I’ve yet to receive my money back.
Staff members I dealt with have repeatedly said the refund will be processed “tomorrow” — yet nothing has happened. My messages are now being ignored, and I feel completely let down by the lack of accountability and basic customer service.
This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, especially for such a small deposit. I expected much better from a dealership of this size.
