We just purchased a new Santa Fe and the service has been fantastic. We had been looking for quite a few months and been back multiple times for test drives and asking questions. Cory, Matt and Dylan have all been excellent over that time. No high pressure sales. When we had made the decision and came in to place the order Matt and Cory went above and beyond, ensuring we got to see a car in the colour we were ordering, so we knew we liked it. From ordering to collection it was 2-3 weeks. We were kept informed and Cory has been fantastic as sorting out all the paperwork and answering the questions we had. The collection was perfect and everything was dealt with, ensuring we were happy. Great service and would recommend.

Luke the salesman was very easy to deal with we arrived late afternoon with an interest in a small city car he arranged a test drive straight away we bought it he ran through all options with no pressure then arranged collection 4 days later a seamless and pleasant experience thank you all at Grimsby Hyundai

10k service ended up 1k over, we waited an hour for the car to be valeted, to find he was on lunch and we would have to come back another day and we waited an hour again, the valet was minimum effort, outer wash, not wiped down, inner hoover, no surfaces cleaned, automatic systems were turned off for the service but were not reset as they were set up and didn't inform me of such.
