Very poor customer care
The team at Lincoln have very poor after care service. They only seem to be interested in sales and when they make errors, they appear very reluctant to rectify their mistakes. I tried to return the car under their 14 day guarantee return. Under the website it clearly states you can return the car and get paid on the same day and they have the right to withold £99 if a log book hasn't been returned. My logbook hasn't even been registered in my name yet and they insist I can only return the car when I have a logbook to return. This is clearly in contravention of their own policy stated online. The entire office are unfortunately unhelpful and obfuscate at every opportunity. Head office and complaints are not much better. I would recommend anyone wanting to make a purchase to stay away from them.

This time all pros…
I have always had pros and cons coming away from ford Lincoln but this time all pros. Jason who dealt with my enquiry all the way through to the completed sale was fantastic. Very transparent about everything and always on hand to help even when I was being somewhat picky. Kept the ball rolling smoothly and always kept my inform of on goings and what the next steps were. Hopefully this continues with all staff so I can continue to recommend them based on the cars they sell and most importantly their customer service. Thank you

Avoid the "VALUE" vehicles range
Bought a vehicle end of November 24 and today 25/2/25 i have another issues with the vehicle, ESP system, to be told they can't do anything till the 7th of April ! Considering I have an ongoing complaint against the service I have received with the lack of customer services and care, and the previous repairs with no proof the work was actually carried out, other than the word of the staff, I can honestly say I would seriously consider looking elsewhere for a vehicle.
The lincoln branch service is diabolical and in all the vehicles I've bought and owned since 2006 2nd hand and dealerships this by far is the worst experience I've had.
